Very small room. No A/C. No in room refrigerator.

The reception is really helpful and kind
-
It didn’t have A|C, room is small ! Lobby needs an update!

Está muy bien la ubicación, el personal es muy amable. La ventilación es deficiente.
-
Good location. Good room for the price paid. Helpful staff. Had the family room, comfy bed. Does not have aircon
-
Location of hotel was perfect for taxi, subway, buses. Street was beautiful and quiet. Staff was very helpful and listen to our request when we required any help. No A/C during very very hot week that we were there. Room got no breeze if you open window. We had a fan but it was not enough. We had to take many cold showers to cool off.

Excellent position. The staff at the reception and the one serving breakfast were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The bathroom is a bit small
-
Staff Lack of AC, small family room, very basic amenities

The family room (3 beds) was good size and high ceiling gave a lot of air. It was nice and clean! The location is really good, close to Victoria (easy access from Gatwick) and Pimlico (underground that connects you anywhere). It's also really easy to walk around, the neighbourhood is fancy and safe, with a lot of restaurant options. For the price and expectations it is great, not surprising with anything amazing, but just what you expect. As it's not a new building, there is no air conditioning, so on hot days it's hot. Beds were ok, but not great.

Verry happy with my short stay and would think of staying here again
-
Exceptionally clean, lovey and welcoming, I was nervous about checking into an unbranded hotel on my own but felt totally looked after thank you

Unfortunately, the customer service is very poor and unprofessional. There are no windows that you can open at all, which makes the room feel closed and uncomfortable. The room was very small and there is no air conditioning available. I also had an issue with breakfast charges. I paid for 3 nights with 3 breakfasts included, but when I was leaving the hotel, they tried to charge me for one breakfast, claiming I only had 2 included. I explained that I had already paid for 3 breakfasts for 3 nights, especially since I was away on one of the days, but they still insisted I should pay extra, which was very frustrating and confusing. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel for stays longer than one night.

Very good location at less than 5 minutes from Pimlico station, with a small grocery store and a good Pop-In coffee shop at the station. Very convenient for 1- or 2-night stays The tiniest rooms imaginable! Wow! For a four-star hotel, it was tight!

The hotel felt safe and in a great location near Victoria and Pimlico Station. Front Office and Breakfast staff were very nice. Super comfortable beds and pillows, clean bedroom. Great breakfast. Bathroom could need a bit more TLC. Dusting, minor repairs, etc.
-
The staff was very attentive The room was cold
-
The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom also clean, and the shower was good, also the toiletries supplied. The location in Pimlico is pleasant, with quiet streets. Quite a few cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. We would recommend the "Pimlico Grid" for breakfast (we didn't have breakfast at the hotel). Nothing, it was just what we wanted.
-
Breakfast was very good. 1- The rooms are very small. 2- The bathroom is very tiny. Moving inside is very difficult. Watersystem (hot - cold water) are very old. 3- Windows of the room are very old. Do not have insulation and all The noise of the street are inside The rooom.
-
No negative feedback.
