It was one of the cheapest places I could find to stay near to where I needed to be for work. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel to be honest - fairly basic facilities but no real issues.

Staff were very friendly and were very understanding when I arrived late. The room was well equipped, despite being small, Very convenient location. An enjoyable stay. No lift, which could be an issue if you have problems with mobility.

Friendly, welcoming owners. Super clean. Great location near shops and restaurants - but quiet enough to sleep well. Also close to bus and metro stops which was practical and convenient. No issues

Clean, great location, friendly staff. I really liked it and will be returning. We were on the 6th floor and there wasn’t a lift but it wasn’t the end of the world. I’m not sure it’s fair to commend on this as it was 30 plus degrees so the rooms was very hot but the hotel provided 2 fans which was a big help.

Excellent location. Lovely clean hotel. Fresh linen & changed both days. Pleasant staff. Gentleman who is on reception is so kind & helpful. We really appreciate all his advice and customer service spot on here. Definitely be back. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Rooms were hot but it was 32c in London and 2 fans provided so can’t complain to be fair just air con would have helped. Only a minor issue.

Shower was the slowest ever used and took an age to heat up. Single Pillow was the thinnest I have ever tried to sleep on, walls paper thin, listening to conversations and noise from above all night! Sorry disappointed!

Friendly check in, helpful and accommodating. Clean room with comfortable bed. Really quiet hotel and location. No air con but provided a fan and price reflected that.

Staff were super friendly - offered suggestions to nearby cafés and places to visit. Also gave some helpful tips which would benefit tourists. Lovely location, tube access just a short distance away.

Lovely well cared for hotel in a great location for shop,cafes and pubs etc. The Cask Kitchen is just round the corner and that’s a great pub. The welcome we received and the friendly atmosphere were great. Nothing.
