Location great for work needs, great transport links on the doorstep, modern interior, has a lift which a lot of hotels on this road don’t have. Rooms are comfortable with great amenities within, great to have a mini fridge in your room. Large shower which is also refreshing in the old building. Staff were great both at check in and also at breakfast. Will definitely be staying again. Nothing to report on this part.

The location was great, close to Pimlico metro station, the staff was really friendly and the room was spacious and clean. They also provided us two separate blankets upon request. The Contitnental breakfast was also delicious. Great hotel for sightseeing in London.

Location perfect for business purpose, mid-way between Pimlico and Victoria stations. Easy 10 minute amble to Victoria Place. Soundproof room and comfortable bed for sleep. Nice bathrobe and sleepers. Desk to work The swivel chair felt unsteady at times when leaning back. Shower was weak, en suite tight in space
