We had a great stay here - there were a couple of things wrong with our room initially but they fixed them immediately and made our stay so comfortable!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, close to the subway and several supermarkets nearby, with Sainsbury's having the best selection. The rooms were spacious, bed was confortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sabina and Tarun – a special thank for their service! We stayed for over two weeks, and they assisted us with many of our needs and were happy to answer any questions we had. We especially loved their warm greetings every day, which made us feel home. Because of them, we will definitely come back to this hotel next year!

Accessibility to everything we needed. Air conditioning added bonus for this Summer.

The staff was absolutely amazing. truly very very kind ! the hotel is close to 2 different tube stations which is nice and there’s also a tesco close by. the kitchen had everything u need for a couple of days. Refrigerator is big! and u have a variety of games and boardgames at the lobby u can choose from which was fun. the breakfast is expensive and u do expect more out of it. it was alright for when u sleep in and are just having a lazy morning. also make sure u know in which area u’re staying at in London. It’s not for everybody.

We had a lovely stay here as a family. The kitchenette was well equipped and the layout was practical. The hotel is clearly well managed, and Tarum and Leandra at the front desk were both very professional and friendly.

We had a truly excellent experience and absolutely no complaints. The room was very spacious, modern, exceptionally clean and comfortable and the bed was particularly comfortable. Everything is new and very well maintained. We especially liked the whole aparthotel concept, the feeling of having plenty of space and everything you need in your own apartment, combined with all the benefits of a hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and approachable, and always happy to help. The location was also excellent for us. The hotel is close to Brick Lane and Old Spitalfields Market, while Liverpool Street and Shoreditch are within a pleasant walking distance. We really love this part of London, so the location suited us perfectly. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, while Whitechapel, Aldgate East and Aldgate Underground stations are all within around a 10-minute walk, making it very easy to get around London. Being close to Liverpool Street was an additional advantage, both because of the excellent transport connections to the rest of the city and the convenience of getting to Stansted. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. 10/10 and highly recommended! -

We enjoyed 4 nights here. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the air con worked well in August. Comfy bed and nice and clean. The apartments are close to the Whitechapel tube station, about 6 min walk and there was a bus stop right at the front entrance. The staff were exceptional and friendly. We were able to leave our bags there in the locked storage area before our check in time. The breakfast had a good selection of foods from cereals and toast, croissants, pastry, eggs, bacon, salad items and cold meats, a range of hot drinks available as well as fruit juice. Would highly recommend this place. Nothing
