Location is fantastic: tube, rail and coach station literally across the road. Staff: everyone was attentive and nice. Cleanliness: no concerns. AC worked well. Our room faced the station, but it wasn't noisy at all, since there were 4 layers of double-glazing. I'd stay again, but would not have breakfast here. Breakfast: limited options, bread/pastries were not fresh, eggs were dry, waffles were the type you buy frozen. The room was good, but you notice it's time for a renovation (metalwork in the bathroom is rusty, mildew in the shower etc.).

The location was fantastic! The staff was very helpful in all manner from the front desk to the concierge to breakfast. This hotel goes on the top of our list. The only room available to us at the time was past the elevator reach so we needed to walk a couple of flights of stairs which for my wife presently some difficulty because of ambulatory issues but we managed cheerfully. The top floor had great views. Once there you then had the bathroom but had to walk back down three steps to the bedroom.

Nothing A/c very poor. Tv not working. Iron not working. Sheets were not changed even though they were dirty. No space for suitcases. Bad smell

Staff was excellent, flew all night and went to drop our bags at desk, offered an early check in!! Life saver!! From the door men to restaurant staff we did not have any complaints. Located next to Victoria station and many sites to see nearby with local pubs and restaurants all within an easy walk. Clean and everything worked as expected, well maintained.

I had paid reservations for 8 and 9 June, 2026. Hotel knew I was not arriving until morning of 9 June and still placed reservation in no-show status. Clerk had to re-establish reserv which took 30 mins - unacceptable.
