Close to St Pancras Rail Station Fridge didn’t work

Warm friendly welcome , well appointed clean room , good shower, comfortable (if a little too soft) bed. Superb choice at breakfast. Perfect location for easy access to st Pancras Air con was a little noisy .. but needed it on due to the hot weather .

The bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean. We arrived late and left early next day to take the Eurostar se we only have fleeting impression. Stairs at entry make it difficult for suitcases . However there is a little luggage lift if staff are available to help.

Hats off to the warm, helpful and hospitable staff, especially Fahad at the door and Maria of housekeeping. Breakfast was very good. The hotel's location is very convenient. King's Cross and Euston Station are nearby. It's beside the British Library and Granary Square, Google Platform 36, Coal Drops Yard and the canal are within walking distance. Street traffic, like sirens, could be heard at night.

Convenient, well furnished and spacious. Clean rooms and quiet. The lifts are a bit of a pain. With 15 floors to serve you end up waiting a long while for one, and then it was full when it did arrive so had to wait again… no stairs to use instead so ended up taking the lift up to go down

Location. How quickly room was ready. Staff and food. The only minor issue was the morning teacher left we had planned to have a lazy morning and had been disturbed with drilling from early on.

This closely located to Kings Cross/St Pancras area so easy to walk over from the train and subway. A great lobby with a large restaurant is classy and modern at the same time. We had a classic king room on a lower floor and the room was large for London hotel rooms. Not sure why 1 elevator was down during our full stay, which did cause some delay, but we survived.
