The WiFi was pretty bad.

The bright new entrance with friendly staff! A nice roomy bathroom and the bidet shower appliance. The location. The hotel entrance belies the a bit shabby room with old furniture. If you wanted to watch TV, as I did but couldn't, you'd have to watch from inside the closet, that's how the TV is positioned.

The location was great and the price was also very good value. The room was clean and air conditioned and although very small, it did the job. The room was absolutely tiny and the bathroom minuscule. I was glad to only be there one night and to not have much time between arriving and going to sleep. There was a rectangular window high up, close to the ceiling, so you couldn't see out unless you stood on the bed. It was a little claustrophobic.

Great location, clean, nice staff, efficient check in, and air conditioning. The air conditioning only seemed to blow medium or high - so it was a bit glitchy - but I’ll take any air conditioning over no air conditioning! For the price I wish it was a bit lower but for London not bad at all. Would stay again!

Room was perfect. I booked a single as I was staying alone and was going to be out for most days I was there. View was lovely. Location was convenient for underground transportation.

The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was good You could order fried eggs if you wanted. The location was excellent Very close to the underground and buses There were excellent restaurants nearby. The room could use some updating although the bathroom was ultra modern.

Loved the quiet neighborhood that is just steps from the underground. As we visited during a heat wave, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had AC and the shower was the best we had in all of our travels.!

The breakfast was underwhelming, and the soap and shampoo available were very small.

Very quiet side road although tower block construction site ongoing during the day. Easy 5 minute walk from tube station, 10 minutes max to museums and Albert Hall. very efficient check in/check out. Nothing. Excellent all round

The staff! SO nice and helpful. It's a nice place, everything is there. Not a high luxury but the price is great and good value for the money. I was cold at night and honestly couldn't figure out how to raise the temperature. I wished the bed cover was warmer. Ended up sleeping in three layers of clothing.
