We were upgraded from a junior suite to full suite, and it was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was ideal - a block from the Gloucester Road Underground station. Nice breakfasts. Highly recommended!

Great location, not far from tube and easy to walk to other areas. Lots of handy shops & restaurants nearby. Very spacious rooms & very comfortable beds. Big bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Good breakfast options. Staff always very friendly, helpful with bags & professional. I love this property. It’s a bit faded luxury but thats why you get a lot more for your money ie bigger rooms in a central location.

Location The room smelled like tobacco and it was very uncomfortable. We asked the staff to change rooms but he said he’d just spray our room which he never did.

Lovely hotel in great location. Spacious & comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The gym seemed to be part of the spa & didn’t open until 10am which is quite late. It would have been really handy if it opened much earlier so you could go before you wanted to head out for the day.

I stayed for 4 nights with family. Location is perfect, especially for what we had planned, a match at Stamford Bridge, visits to the museums, etc. Staff were very welcoming and responsive. Hotel is small and good. Room was appropriate for the price. Bed was comfortable, bathrooms were very good. Hotel needs a bit of renovation and upgrade to be a top notch, but then prices would also be higher so all in all, I recommend the hotel for the price range it offers.
