Great location. Rooms are small but well decorated. Narrow stairs hard to carry luggage up to third floor! No shower cap or body cream or cotton in the bathrooms. Water pressure wasn’t the best.

Feeling home No enough staff to assist

Feeling home atmosphere. Proximity to restaurants. Nice neighbourhood. Nothing particular.

The room was clean and exceedingly comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and reactive at all hours of the day. The neighborhood is well-situated and the hotel is easily accessible on foot from Victoria station and bus depot. The breakfast was exceptional! When we got into the room, we couldn't quite figure out how to use the air conditioning, which was essential as we were traveling in the beginning of July and it was during a heatwave. The tube that was meant to expulse the hot air back out of the room kept slipping through the designated slot carved into the window sill. The hotel was expensive, and we chose it because our connecting travel plans were delayed at 1:30 in the morning, forcing us to find last-minute plans close to the bus station where we arrived, but we would choose it again with proper budgeting in the future.

they ask to hold onto room keys when you go out (for emergencies and knowing who is in building) but didn’t seem to have strong verification process for confirming that you’re the room guest when keys are handed back. I didn’t question (at all) that the property was *totally* safe and items secure - but did initially think about if someone else could gain entry to the room

An absolutely gorgeous quiet little hotel in the heart of London. It has a divine garden restaurant and bar, with beautifully finished rooms! In a beautiful part of London, quiet, safe with lovely stores, cafes and restaurants all around. It is a little stylish oasis in the heart of London! Nothing it was fabulous’

Cute neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast spot/cute garden right below. The rooms do not have A/C, which I feel is a miss on booking to not make this more clear. We got a hot weekend in London and sleeping was not too comfortable. Also, there is no elevator, another thing that should be more clear when booking higher rooms. So this is something to keep in mind.

I loved the hotel. The location couldn’t be any better and the neighbourhood is calm at night. Very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly. The esthetics of the hotel are very warm and charming (wallpaper, decoration, old telephone in the room, etc). I would definitely recommend it. No lift but the staff did offer help to bring my luggage upstairs to my room. No air conditioning and the window did not open. It didn’t bother me because I didn’t stay during summer but it is definitely an element to consider if coming to london again during summer hot time.

Good value for the location as I don’t need anything other than a comfortable room and clean bathroom Breakfast room & garden a nice bonus Nothing much - stairs a bit of an effort with suitcases and sometimes noise from the street but nothing to serious

Fabulous boutique hotel on the edge of Belgravia
-
It was lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic neighborhood. I had two different rooms during my stay. One was a fantastic double room on the top floor - note there are no elevators. The other was a single small room. This was an ingenious space and comfortable albeit some quirks. I thought I'd seen tiny bathrooms, but this was definitely built in half-size. Depending on what you are looking for, perhaps inquire about which room you will be in.

Loved it! Great location, very nice staff, really a sweet little place.

Everything! A charming, little boutique hotel with excellent service, an amazing but quiet location and where every little detail is taken care of. The breakfast is also one to remember! I’ll be back for sure and recommend it to anyone who asks :) It was all perfect.

Cozy, beautiful colours, comfi bed, quiet room, perfect location. The room was beautiful yet simple and for that rather pricy. But I guess that’s London.

Great location, beautiful decor, spotlessly clean and very cosy and comfortable :) The walk up steep and narrow in parts flights of stairs with suitcase as no lift. Concierge were too busy checking in guests and dealing with guest queries, but did offer to help when finished with other guests. Need a Porter!
