Hussaine greeted us, then was more than accomodating to our every need & Questions! Exception! Thank you Hussaine! My husband would have liked a bath tub to doak in after all the many tours. I preger the shower & it was wonderful.

Small room, but perfect for our trip. We selected this location to be close to the Coach Terminal, which meant we heard all the trains, but it definitely did not wake us up or keep us awake. First time in UK and was very pleased.

Nothing They downgraded me to a single room inspite of paying for a double room. NO AC worked during peak heat.

The air conditioner was so lovely to have. Hussain was so nice on the front desk. The bathroom was painfully small and good luck sitting on the toilet if you are taller then 5 feet. Hussain on the front desk was so nice, but rest of staff was not particularly pleasant. The hallways are brutally small and odd as you have to go up and down to get to your door. The rooms could be set up much more efficient for space by providing hooks and shelves to put items on. The four of us were tripping over each other and had no where to really unpack or at least lay out your suitcase.

We almost got robbed in the street near the hotel. The man on the lobby was very gentle to us and even offered us a early check in.

Had AC , offered breakfast, good location,, clean. No fridge in room, supply one if needed for medication, or baby food etc. Small ice machine near eating area.

Location, very close to Victoria Coach Station Our room was small with 2 low sloping ceiling that we had to navigate to avoid bumping our heads. Slippery shower

The location was great. The room had no air circulation and the AC only had one power setting it was high right on the bed if it was on it was blasting in your face all night if it was off you were hot. The AC had a moldy smell as well the filter needs to be cleaned
