The position of the hotel is excellent- just a short walk from Victoria Station. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and have everything you need. The breakfast is excellent; a lovely range of things. There was nothing that we didn't like.

Comfortable bed, continental breakfast adequate, location great. The shower thermostat was not user friendly. One of us had a scalding hot shower, the other lukewarm to cold. Very difficult to adjust.

Location for our stay was perfect and the staff were very accommodating. Very tired decor in the room. Needed a bit of TLC. We booked breakfast but at no time did it say it was continental and you needed to pay more for hot food. That was landed on us at the breakfast table. I think a Premier Inn would be better value for money.

Location is terrific Rooms are tiny and the ones at the back dingy. Staff could not have been less interested had they tried. One lady at reception could barely look away from her phone.

Centrally located close to all services. Nice hotel room with fridge and air conditioning. Staff were friendly and helpful. A few stairs here and there to get to my room. Not many and not to all rooms, but its just were my room was located.

Just love this hotel It feels like a home from home The location is perfect, the staff so friendly and welcoming and we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a little terrace . Had the best time and we will be back. Thank you

The hotel is situated in Belgravia and it’s ideal for Victoria station which gets you to all the london attractions. The area is very nice and has lovely restaurants, cafe bars and shops quite close. The hotel is very boutique extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly helpful and professional. The breakfast is lovely with a choice of either continental or cooked and £5.00 extra charge is required for hot breakfast. I feel that with the cost of the hotel there shouldn’t have been an extra payment of £5.00 per person for a hotel breakfast. Most hotels don’t now charge extra for this service it’s all included. That is my only negative about this stay. Everything else was really positive. We would stay again at this hotel.
