Location Smaller than expected

Excellent location and very friendly staff. There was building work going on which did get in the way of accessing rooms but staff were very helpful is showing the alternative route and it was very clearly marked. Room was quite small but very clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. Perfectly convenient room for a weekend break.

It’s clean and modern. The location is exceptional walking distance from the Waterloo train station and walkable to all the main tourist attractions without having to pay for public transportation. I did not like some of the staff. Not very friendly and accommodating.

Clean, AC, value for money The room was small but that comes with the value for money

Clean, tidy, modern and comfortable. Great location for the underground. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room was rather snug, but pretty much what you'd expect given the price point. No tea or coffee facilities in the room - they sold them at reception, but as someone who lives off tea and coffee it's not a convenient alternative.

Great location, very close to tube station. There was a crack in our bathroom sink. You could hear the tube running until early hours in the morning. The room is very small. They have building works which started early in the morning.

Really good location and the staff were lovely and helpfull The rooms are very small , some id struggle to fit anything more than a small suitcase in & may struggle with more than one person for a longer length of time

Location was the highlight mainly. Walking distance to the major city attractions. This hotel is a budget hotel and our room was underground with no windows. My spouse had to crawl over top of me at night just to get out of the bed. Also no breakfast or ice available. It was also undergoing some renovations. Overall I would pay a little more to have a real hotel room!

Location was great (few minutes from all the main attractions and loads of cafes and bars just around the corner), the room was small (as expected) but smartly designed, so it was just right when you had busy days in the city anyway. Airco worked great in the heatwave and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. Had an enjoyable weekend stay.

I liked the location. The lambeth North underground was across the road. The room was comfortable however the shower wasn't the best or hottest. Due to the downstairs construction going on the hot water was turned off from 10:30 until 3:30, I had a issue when it wasn't that hot later on in the day which was resolved promptly so I can't fault the staff at all! All friendly and accommodating! The lack of lobby or seating area, however they are in the process of getting this sorted with a new area where Costa used to be so they can provide just this, a seating area and breakfast area!
