Great location, kitchennete in the room and clean Small details could be improved. Servicing the room every other day only for such high price seems low value for money.

Excellent location and best access to all tourist attractions nearby! Inevitable odors of food - cooking from pre occupants in hotel rooms were not completely eliminated. Undesirable odors were disturbing and hotel management were unable to provide alternative accommodation. Spraying fragrances were only temporary solutions.

Location a few minutes walk from Westminster Bridge,next to Lambeth North Tube station., clean modern rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was poor. Not even close to 4 star European standard hotels! Then again UK is not Europe.... Only one pillow per person??? Why???

Excellent choice for families visiting London We had a wonderful stay at Marlin Waterloo and would highly recommend it, especially for families travelling with children. The location is excellent – Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and South Bank are all just a short walk away. The Underground is about a minute away, and Waterloo Station (with both Underground and national rail services) is also within easy walking distance. The kitchenette was a huge advantage when travelling with children, especially with a supermarket and café directly below the hotel. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom was a little small, but functional, with lovely L’Occitane toiletries. The hotel is modern, welcoming and well maintained, and we felt it offered very good value for money for central London. The staff were wonderful. A special mention to Maria, who went above and beyond to help us – her kindness and professionalism really stood out. A comfortable, convenient and very family-friendly base for exploring London. Highly recommended! Nothing worth mentioning
