Location TV didn’t work Room key wouldn’t work each time we had to re-enter room. Had to walk all way down to reception each time for a reset. Room too hot on top floor Very basic breakfast buffet selection and slow service

Excellent area and location handy for travel. It’s quite run down and the rooms felt a little grubby. There was no air conditioning making the rooms quite unbearable. The staff were very dismissive and uninterested when we reported a blocked shower and informed them of an early checkout.

It is one of the best boutique hotels at a good location. Great connectivity, nearness to shops, restaurants, buses, tube stations.

Stayed as a family of four, with two children. We didn't use all of the facilities, but what we did use, was fantastic. We had a quadruple room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of what we needed. We only stayed two nights, but after the first night, the room had been cleaned and everything replenished by the time we got back from breakfast. Breakfast was good too. There's an option of cooked breakfast, egg or beans on toast and a continental breakfast. The ladies there work very hard to keep everything flowing and replenished. Check in and out was simple. We were able to leave our bags in a locked room after check out, as we didn't leave London until a few hours later. The location was great. Just a 5 minute walk to Swiss Cottage underground. We plan to return next year and will definitely use this hotel. Nothing. Everything was great.

It was in a convenient location for both the Underground and Overground networks. Also, our room was comfortable, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated and furnished. Breakfast was very good, too. The room was very hot by night. Fans were provided and we kept one of these running all night.
