Everything we would highly recommend staying here it's a hidden gem in the heart of Liverpool it's minutes away from major shops and pubs and staff are helpful friendly and accommodating the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is amazing as well it's about 5 minutes walk from Liverpool lime street station we are deffo staying there again when we go back There was nothing we didn't love about being there

Location is brilliant. Staff so friendly and helpful. Really clean throughout. We'd also like to thank the hotel for granting our request due to it being our wedding anniversary. We loved the high floor room, with city view. Thank you.

Stayed 3 nights with my partner. Easy to get too from the train station and close to everything. Most with short walking distances. The room was very bright , clean and spacious with a large bed which was comfortable and had 3 great nights sleep! The bathroom was good with a large walk in shower cubicle . Staff were pleasant and helpful and welcoming on arrival. The hotel is very quiet even though you're in the city centre. Definitely stay here again .

The hotel was very good overall and in a great location. The beds were really comfy, and everything was clean and pleasant. We had an issue with rainwater running down the inside of the windows in our first room, but the gentleman at reception handled it very professionally and quickly moved us to another room. Really appreciated how smoothly it was dealt with. Our first room had an issue with water coming in around the windows when it rained. The replacement room was right by the elevator, so it was a little noisy at times. Other than that, everything was absolutely fine.

We liked everything about the hotel from the warm welcome on arrival, the location the facilities, the room was lovely and the breakfast lounge was lovely too.
