Location of hotel, in walkong distance feom bus station, shopping centre etc. Hotel was lovely and clean. My daughter loved the pool. Pool not as big as it looked in pictures, so you really have to prebook a slot to be sure to get a 45 min swim slot. But it is very enjoyable.

Absolutely lovely staff and the hotel was very central and I was delighted that the hotel kept my luggage after check out as I had a late evening flight home. Ive no comment everything was good

Location is good - close to everything going on. Well decorated/presented facilities coffee machine nice touch to have The pool was very murky - did not want to swim in it. Hot food at breakfast was barely warm. Toilet with no sink separate from main bathroom. Room very noisy - because no air conditioning you need to have windows open and loud busy road and building work starting very early. Arrived with empty can etc... from previous guests. We have stayed many times with Novotel and choose it as we have always had positive experience but sadly this time we didn't.
