The location was perfect for my wife and I. It was close to all the areas we wished to visit but just far enough out to avoid the city hustle. There was a parking station a few minutes walk away and cafes and restaurants nearby. The main shopping area was again only a short walk away, the docks, museums and the beatles stomping grounds a comfortable walk. The hotel and room was of a very high standard, everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The reception staff were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. I can highly recommend this hotel. Nothing.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Liverpool city center. We have stayed in numerous hotels in the Liverpool city center over the years (most more expensive than The Resident) and The Resident Liverpool is by far the quietest. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Nothing negative per se. The next time I will book a larger room. That is just a personal choice.

Location was perfect! The sleeping areas were perfect as well. 2 twin beds downstairs and a king size bed upstairs. It is perfect for parents with older kids or 2 couples. Each have their own space and privacy. Security at the door was lovely and he was very pleasant to chat with. Staff were also very nice. We are planning another trip back to Liverpool and will for sure make our accommodations here!! Parking is not on property. There is a garage a short walk away for a fee.

Central location. 10 minutes from Lime Street station. No onsite catering or bar, but it is close to facilities. Small double room is too small, squashed against the wall all night isn't fun. Best to do an upgrade.

Lovely, smart hotel and reception area gives a good impression as you arrive. Proximity to central Liverpool, in particular Liverpool 1 is excellent .Despite being very close to several nightclubs the triple glazing in the room meant it was lovely and quiet. Standard of room with chairs in addition to the beds and kitchenette ( brilliant). Beds were comfortable and clean and bathroom was spotless with heated towel rail for added convenience. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Nothing really. Room was very warm but efficient aircon was provided. We just didn't realise how warm it would get and should have switched the aircon on sooner - our mistake.

Great location just minutes walk from everywhere you want to be. Lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the neighborhood. Q-Park on Hanover St is just a couple of minutes walk. Book a space online and use the hotel discount. Room was great with a large skylight window. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay, no complaints.

The location was great located on a cute side street a block away from a variety of ethnic restaurants and lively bars. Nice walking distance to AlbertDocks and the main shopping areas. The rooms were recently renovated , quiet and with perfect amenities. The staff was friendly. There’s a fun reception area with happy hour from 6-7pm. Nothing. Our stay was great!

The renovated building has a lot of character. Room and bed were comfortable and lobby is inviting! We were able to to walk to any of the sites that we wanted to see. Above all, staff was super kind and helpful. Coffee machine in the lobby would be great!

Great spot. Central location and amazing staff. So friendly and welcoming. There’s nothing not to like. We had a plumbing issue, which was handled very well. No complaints from us.

City centre retreat with comfortable rooms. No breakfast and there’s a kitchenette in wardrobe.

Even though they did not have the room ready because we were early, they welcomed us with coffees and hot chocolate. The facilities, location, everything was perfect.

It was not what was expected of a highly rank place. Not a hotel, more of a residence.
