Excellent location - short walking distance to the main shopping area of Miraflores The late night staff was neither friendly or helpful

Great location Cold shower first night

Breakfast awful. First morning at 08:00, everything was gone. It took for ever to replace de eggs, but they were out of ham, and cheese. Basic bread, no variety. Young lady in the front desk, not helpful at all. Flat facial expression.

We were only in Lima for a few hours. While this hotel is a bit of a schelp from the airport, it is a GREAT location - right across the street from Kennedy Park - where the feral cats live and is a must see - and lots of other great things to see. We were also able to find some really good money changers just steps from the hotel, as well, that gave us very competitive rates. The hotel said they did airport pick ups. What that means us that they will call you a taxi. The taxi we got was professional and excellent, but, when we went to go back to the airport, I booked a QuickLlama - which was half the price and every bit as good.

I loved the room (carpeted floor, modern), the bed (very big and comfy), the bathroom (bathtub, marble), very friendly staff, the location (in the heart of Miraflores). The breakfast is basic, the hot water is not that hot at certain times of day, there are limited TV channels

Nothing that we did not like

Everything was incredible. I loved the shower, the water was very hot and could be adjusted to one's liking. There was a bathtub which is really rare in Peru. The hotel was very modern and updated. The bed was very warm and comfortable. There was carpeting in the room which is also rare in Peru. The breakfast buffet was very basic, limited, and average tasting. The breakfast was re-stocked very slowly so there were times when there was nothing. When people use the air conditioning in another room it can be heard in one's room which is unpleasant but doesn't last forever. I didn't like that the price was a lot higher than what was advertised through Booking.com

Very clean, room service every day, friendly staff, great location, and breakfast was OK.

Proximity to June 7th Park (Parque 7 de Junio), Kennedy Park (Parque Kennedy), restaurants, shopping, etc. Good restaurant on-site. Hidden/undisclosed fee after booking process completion. Though not listed on the property page anywhere nor disclosed during the reservation/booking process, they message you post booking that they charge you an additional 10% "hotel service charge". I contested the additional charge since it was not disclosed properly but they refused to waive the additional fee. So be aware of this fee as you are comparing the price to similar properties.
