Our party was quite large and took a while to check in. Not sure if there are less staff in the evening to work the front desk.

Great Location The staff couldn’t help us with the tv in our room and we were told that we needed to call someone in order to set up the tv from our room. Which doesn’t make sense because this is the hotel responsibility to make sure it is set up for the guest in case they want to use the Smart Tv. I ordered a cake for a birthday that suppose to be only for 2 people and it was too big and it didn’t taste good at all. Gym is very extremely small, and it looks like the towel wasn’t replace at all.

A hotel of a very high standard. Staff speak Spanish but there are some people who speak English. High class and personal culture of the staff. Rooms and bathrooms clean. Option to leave luggage for some time after check-out. High speed internet. No shortages. The staff deserve a raise. The guest is treated with the utmost care. It would be a pleasure to return there at the earliest opportunity.

Very clean rooms! We left another vacation rental because it was not clean enough for our standards. Air conditioning, free coffee and teas provided daily. Good location to popular spots and great restaurants in Miraflores. Street noise noticeable, yet nothing that interrupted sleep or disrupted our stay. Understandable being in a city though.

It was the perfect location to explore Lima from and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean with good facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay.
