The junior suite with balcony was excellent. Comfortable, quiet, very private balcony with good view over golf course to the ocean. Excellent high end breakfast buffet and delicious, well priced room service menu. Attentive staff. Highly recommended! Large marble bathrooms always have the worst slippery floors. A lot of space wasted--more shelves and better luggage stands would have been appreciated.

Location, comfortable bed, large room. Bathroom was dated, no outlet for hairdryer in bathroom, and not spotless. Needed more than 2 coffee pods. Couldn't dinner eat in the restaurant the entire stay because it was booked for holiday parties.

Very nice neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast. Clean room with a great view over the golf club.

Property well located, walking distance to country club and its dining areas. A further 10 min walk to Main Street and big choice of restaurants . Due to noise we were quickly relocated to a quieter room as requested. The room was very comfortable and quiet, good bed and aircon. Very clean property and attentive staff. Nothing

Entrance is pretty amenities are pretty. Location is prime. We booked a king room, but they gave us a queen room. Didn’t complain because we were too exhausted. Very old, outdated, esspecially for the price. No outlets by beds for phone. Seems like it use to be nice.

In a very good location in San Isidro, a safe and upscale district, very comfortable for strolling. Large room overlooking the golf course. Breakfast was very good. Concierge couldn't read his own map@

Super nice location, safe and clean neighborhood. There’s a very nice Starbucks just in front of it. Bathroom didn’t feel very clean, the floor was greasy and the towels felt a bit greasy too. Apart from that the room itself was clean and the bed sheets also.

All inclusive in one place in a neighborhood with a mix of old money, financial sector and modern art deco with very clean lines. The in room and public jacuzzi, heated pool and sauna were a good break from winter and formal activities. Staff were nice and very friendly. Breakfast is a good spread. Great area: business district and the old country club. Quick hop to the touristic and bustling Mira Flores from the property. The water drains slow in the shower sometimes, but water pressure is nicely high.

We were in a really huge suite. The private hot tub and sauna were great. spectacular view. I was clearly told in writing that I would not have to pay an additional price for a third guest. When I arrived they took them back. I had to negotiate the price. Really unpleasant and unacceptable. Regarding food - few options for vegetarians. There are no options for sugar-free foods. The business lounge is not active on Sundays. And there are no options for vegetarians.

I forgot our swimsuits in our room sauna and they didn’t contacted me to let me know Saturday when we left I just realized today that we are going to the pool and we don’t have it I sent a message to the hotel today and no answer so far
