Very kind, helpful staff especially Carlos the valet on night shift. I arrived at 0100 AM and they were very prompt with check in and upgraded my room to a Junior suie. Comfy room with large tub, nice bedding, robes and towels. Clean jacuzzi and sauna were free unlike many hotels now charging for them. I did not eat at this property. Would stay there again. Only downside is it is located 30-40 minutes from the airport. The neighborhood is upscale and safe and has businesses and nice restaurants walking distance.

The front desk and staff were amazing — very friendly, kind, and professional. I loved how clean the rooms and bathrooms were. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and I would definitely stay again. Everything was perfect! I had a great experience and no complaints at all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful I think the hallways could have been a little brighter. Especially at night. Better marked exit signs for the elevators.

I had dinner at the restaurant the last day of my stay and it was delicious. The staff was courteous, polite and helpful especially Jose and Carlos. The staff in the restaurant were also very accommodating. You have to get use to the breakfast in a different country but there was a huge selection of items from runny eggs, meats, soup, pastries, cereal, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, juices, milk and breads, French toast and pancakes. I was happy when I was able to ask for an omelet. For Easter they put out different cakes and treats. The drains in both the bathtub and the sink were not working properly. Not the fault of the hotel but my neighbors were loud in the hallway at 3 and 4 in the morning. The windows in the room needs to be cleaned as well as the ones surrounding the pool. It's nice to see the view but not through the] dirt stain windows.

Great concierge and superior restaurant staff Toilet wouldn’t stop running and shrieking. Hard to have a relaxing bathtub with the toilet screaming in your ear. The pool was very small and full and surrounded by 20-something guys the whole entire time. Lame.

The room was too warm even with AC and very humid. We got a random phonecall from reception at 1AM.
