Great service , excellent response and the arrangement of taxi from airport to hotel. Decent breakfast. Good rooms.

The room was very spacious with great lighting and an impressively large bed. It was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The staff were welcoming, and the neighborhood felt calm and safe — a big plus. The breakfast was just okay. The bed was quite firm, which might be uncomfortable if you prefer a softer mattress. Also, the walls were a bit thin… we could hear our neighbor snoring at night.

The only thing I’d change is that the breakfast could have had more variety and options.

Friendly staff, clean, pretty good breakfast We only stayed there for a night so we didn’t really have time to notice anything truly bad. There was a bit of a humid atmosphere in the room but that went away quickly with air conditioning. Also it was a bit far from anything interesting but the neighbourhood seemed safe and san isidro was about 30-45 minutes away walking.

I spent a week in Peru between Lima, Cusco, and Aguas Calientes. During that week, this hotel was by far my favorite. So much that I actually stayed here twice!!! Two days upon my arrival in Lima and again when I was spending a night in Lima after visiting Cusco and Machu Pichu. The location is excellent, safe, and in a tranquil neighborhood surrounded by a lot to do during your time here in Lima. Perfectly situated close to the ocean and a short drive to the historic center/chinatown this place is what you want if you're a tourist here for a excellent vacation. The breakfast was delicious, the restaurant situated on the 1st floor is convenient and well priced for what you can get, plus it is close to a lot of other really nice places to eat as well. The hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating, polite, and willing to help with any situation like early check-in (for a small fee) or holding luggage until you are able to do so. The rooftop area with Sauna (nice after a long day in the city) and Hot Tub (which was under repair, unfortunately) is a stunning view of the surrounding area, gorgeous for sunsets or a late afternoon cookout, and you can even see the Ocean from here. If I were to ever visit the city of Lima again, this hotel would be the place I would choose again and again no questions asked or a second thought given. If I could rate it higher than a 10, I would give it a 12!!! Keep up the amazing work Surya Lima and thank you very much for the spectacular experience :) N/A

Really nice and confortable stay, really big bed, well minimalistic equiped. Check out was 10 am. but could ask for free late check out for free. Breakfast buffet was limited but good enough. Really nice deal for a budget price.

The location is excellent - very close to restaurants, stores, transportation, touristic sites, etc. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are large with lots of storage space, a desk, comfy bed. During our 16 day stay, we had issues with the AC, the internet, the cable TV, most of which were eventually resolved but not so quickly. The daily cleaning was very light, only the basics. Breakfast was mediocre.

Location is in upscale neighborhood. bed is super comfy, room size is decent. Nice and clean property. In front there is a Sushi place with great food. Issues with hot water in the shower. Hot water is going on and off while taking a shower on 15-20 cycles. It should be fixed.

Room was spacious. The staff was friendly. Super uncomfortable and short bed, in which we couldn’t sleep. Very uncomfortable pillows which cannot be used. Couldn’t get a normal sleep. The breakfast was average and not really tasty even for Peruvian standards.

The first day I was not aware of the different breakfast options, however on the second day it was explained more clearly to me and I had a wonderful breakfast. The location was perfect as I could walk to nearby shops and restaurants and it was close to other tourist spots.

The breakfast was good, the room was comfy and the front desk staff/security were friendly You could hear parties and other things pretty easily from the bathroom. The bed was awesome but a bit short for someone who is as tall as I am.
