המלון מודרני, נקי ונוח. החדרים מעט מיושנים, אבל היו נקיים ונוחים לשהייה. המיקום טוב — בערך 25 דקות הליכה ומגיעים לאזור המרכזי והתיירותי של קרקוב. בנוסף, יש בסביבה מספיק מסעדות. יתרון גדול הוא שיש חניה חינם במלון, וזה מאוד נוח למי שמגיע עם רכב. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ובסדר גמור. לגבי ניקיון יומי של החדרים אני לא יכול באמת להתייחס, מכיוון שהיינו רק לילה אחד. בסך הכול הייתה לנו שהייה טובה ונוחה, ובהחלט מלון שמתאים למשפחה. היה בסדר

Half-board had no initial indication on the limited amount you're allowed to spend on a fixed menu. Drinks were not included, and we were denied the option to complete our limited granted budget on the dinner with drinks. There were no facilities apart from a gym, which was underwhelming for a five star hotel. The breakfast was underwhelming as well in the range of selection - lower star hotels tend to have better selection than that. We also ordered something during the breakfast that was never delivered to us. Overall, the staff was also underwhelming, with the exemption of very few staff members.

Free parking. The hotel is outdated and quite poorly maintained. The furniture is worn out, and I honestly don’t understand how anyone can rate this place higher than a 6. Breakfast is very simple.

Easy to reach (by car ensure you go to front side of hotel to park, backside is parking garage you can also enter but requires pay at reception €16). About 30 minute walk to town. Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed.

As a 4-star hotel, I expected toothpaste to be provided, but it wasn’t a big deal, they gave it to me when I asked.
