Very helpful and friendly staff, nice rooms in general and perfect location, only a few minutes over the bridge and you're in the old town. We did not try breakfast. The energy saving device in the shower and the almost non-existing water pressure made it almost impossible to wash my hair and it took forever to get the shampoo out. I've stayed in buildings that were more than a 100 years old and had four times the water pressure. Also (which is a problem in many newer hotels) the doors close automatically and so loud, that the bed shakes when the neighbours don't try to actively slowly close the doors. I know fire safety regulations are in place, but please either stick some small soft buffer inside the door frame or put signs up for people so they are encouraged to at least try to close the doors by hand. We woke up several times because of this.

The stay was great, everything was perfect

Breakfast, room and location all good. Krakow was very nice and historical centre was quite clean although little bit crowded. Traffic around the hotel. There was not noise in the rooms but it was little bit conmplicated to get to the hotel parking.

Apartment was clean and comfortable The hallways and elevator themselves are dirty and not up to date. If everything were clean and up to date, I would give it a 9/10. Also it's inconvenient to go to the hallway to get water. Breakfasts were average and dull, they were the same each day and fatty.

Very good value for money

We loved the quiet location, away from noisy crowds, the spacious rooms are excellent for longer stays, cleaning on demand is also a good strategy, that allows for a proper quality and price relationship. Nothing I can think of
