The room was a bit small, but overall comfortable. Good breakfast, even if sometimes if could be a bit crowded. The personnel was kind To go to the city center either you walk (40 minutes) or you take public transportation (even if they are not super close)

The breakfast has the great variety! Hotel is located not far from the city center. Everyday cleaning and kettle with tea and coffee are nice bonuses.

Excellent place in Krakow close to the center, I had secure parking and an nice room. I was here again after a year. It goes without saying that the breakfast was excellent. My entire stay was ruined by the night parties in the adjacent rooms. I didn't sleep a single night because of it. As a guest, I don't feel like tidying up the hotel at night.

Hotel is situated near Kaziemierz district in a quiet place, it's large but you don't really feel the presence of other people. Parking was at the price lower than in the other hotels. The room was more or less clean but dusty.

Almost everything was ok, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, staff… except there was no refrigerator in the rooms

The staff were very helpful, the food was delicious, the central location was great. Parking could be an issue if you don't pre-book.
