One day, I noticed that my glass of fresh orange juice was only half full, so I politely asked the owner’s daughter, who works in the restaurant, if it could be topped up. Instead of responding professionally, she started yelling at me, saying things like: “Do you know how much I paid for this tableware? Everything is very expensive!” I would have had no problem paying more for a full glass, but I did not appreciate being spoken to in such a rude and aggressive way. Shortly after that, I suddenly became very sick. I could barely get out of bed and my mouth felt extremely dry and sticky despite drinking several liters of water a day. I spent four days in bed . When I finally started feeling better, I ordered food from them again, and after eating, all the same symptoms returned immediately. After that experience, I stopped ordering food there and checked out the next day.

I like this place run by a lovely lady. Very nice staff with good food. Comfortable bed and very quiet.

The rooms have seen better days, but the owner's friendliness surely made up for that.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, a lot of helpful facilities such as a safe, hair dryer, beach towels, beach bag, fridge, microwave. The hotel offers a great laundry service and the staff is very helpful and nice It’s a bit far from shops and restaurants, you have to rent a car or a bike to move around but this is true to almost every part of the island so it’s not really a problem. Also, there were ants in the bathroom but it’s expected for an island location and rooms set in nature and some of the lights in the room didn’t work but that wasn’t a problem for me.

The room was very clean, but felt a little basic and kinda old… shower was a bit broken, the door wasn’t locked easily… just little things that could be improved. But it didn’t ruined our experience, we loved the place.

No swimming pool or direct access to beach. Location is good for the price.

It is one of my favourite places ever, I have been staying with them for years. I could not recommend them enough -- the staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, food is excellent, all in a great location.

I definitely recommend this hotel. The area where the hotel is located has the most beautiful beach on the island. Just 3 minutes walking to the beach. The owners of the hotel are excellent people. They take care of you in every aspect. The food is also very delicious. They have a magnificent terrace. I already miss drinking coffee there. The rooms are very clean, with a large balcony. It is very enjoyable to spend time here with the sounds of birds and trees.

This place is a big 10 for me. First of all, the owners, their kindness, attention, their smile, their help. They took us on a very rainy day to the harbour at 4:30 in the morning, and brought us to the entrance to the boat. Wow. The room is spacious, clean, with a good and hot shower, big and large windows with a beautiful view of the jungle, tea, coffee, kettle.. Laundry is also possible. 5-7 minutes walk to a beautiful sandy beach, restaurants and massage. The restaurant is the highest point of the hotel, with a beautiful view. It is open the whole day so you can go to eat whenever you want, great and tasty food, and a very good price, excellent ambience. Motor bikes to rent on sight. This is definitely a place I recommend with all my heart!!! We will certainly be back!❤️❤️??

Localization The resort does not look like the pictures. It’s dirty and neglected. The hotel staff cleaned the room only when I asked. The bathroom was moldy, the towels were old and stained.

The surrounding environment needs more upkeeping, so it looks cleaner. Sometimes the garden smells musty, not fresh.

Amazing host, and beautiful view to the sea and jungle. You can ask host about everything you need (taxi, entertainment, any food). It really feels like you came to family. Nice, clean and very friendly ❤️
