Basic facilities, dorms and bungalows. The outdoor area is okay. -Pool has too much chlorine, uncomfortable to swim. -Bungalows get very hot during the day; the fan is not enough. -Restaurant only accepts cards above 500 baht + 4% fee, while prices are already quite high. -No clear rules about cannabis use — people even smoke in shared areas like the pool, which is not ideal, especially for families.

Lots of people, good vibes, sweet staff. Location is great and has a gym. Room was not very clean. There was water issues, ants, and very noisy early in the mornings.

It’s a a really cool place with a nice pool and gym. The room was normal but good and clean. Also the toilets were good and clean. The staff was very nice and attentive, I had a personal problem during my stay and they helped me a lot! Nothing.

The facilities including the pool and gym! Odd vibe, it felt quite cliquey, and loads of ants in the room, but this isn’t the property’s fault since there’s lots of greenery around. Just something to consider.

This place has all you could expect from a perfect hostel — and even more. I enjoyed the free access to the gym every day, did yoga one day, and above all, met lots of kind people, since the bar area makes it easy to socialize. The food from the restorant is quite good, and it´s a plus that Haad Yao beach is less than 100 meters away, so I enjoyed sunsets every afternoon almost without leaving the hostel. Nothing to add.

Gym, pool 24/7, many showeres for the dorm (better then in the bungalow) In the main area (bar+reception) there is not food and drinks allowed from outside, which means you "should" eat in the room mostly if raining and bring animals to your place, and there were many snakes around

Terra Cave Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Göreme, in a beautiful and central location. The rooms are spotless and charming, and the staff go out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast on the terrace is not only delicious but also a wonderful experience with the views.

The shower wasn't clean, veryyy thin mattress, there was no place to eat food from outside with light, or outside in the dark or in the pool

Staff and volunteers were very friendly. They have a lot of facilities for the guests such as swimming pool, gym and restaurant. I had a nice stay here!

I came here for 2 nights and stayed for 3 weeks. Isn´t it the best review? :D I was staying at female dorm, wich was clean, quiet, smelled good, AC worked, if I wanted to change my bed sheets I just told the stuff,....oh yeah and all the volunteers there were very lovely. Helped me with SIM card, motor bike and so on. The pool and gym is nice. The bathrooms are for a lot of people, so sometimes they get dirty. But its not that much about the staff, they do take the cleaning very seriously. Its more of the matter of travelers, sometimes they are just not empathetic I would say, haha.

Greta staff, really nice and helpful. The hostel has a great vibe and I really enjoyed using the different facilities- pool, gym, yoga shalla and a very nice place to chill and meet friends Not the cleanest and the showers had a very weak stream.

I like that there was a gym and swimming pool. Food at the restaurant was tasty and reasonably price. Free Tea and hot water. Location is near to Haad Yao beach- which is about 20 mins from the city. Bed was comfortable but plenty of mosquitoes in the toilet and bathroom. Bathroom and toilet and infested with mosquitoes. No soap and hair shampoo.
