Great location, friendly staff, and easy access to most places on this part of the island I have no complaints

But location is great.

Location. Great access to a beautiful beach and bunch of restaurants. The standard rooms have no shelves nor drawers for your clothes, only 3 hangers in the closet. The standard rooms are situated in the hall with no airflow, nowhere to dry your clothes. But rooms were clean.

Rooms are outdated and need better maintenance. Breakfast quality is not good.

The hotel is beautiful with great views and near the beach. But staff are not very polite. When we arrived to do are check in, two ladies at the receptionist shouted at us when we where checking in. They where very rude, they got upset when I asked to see where my location of my room was and shouted at pointing at the location. When we got to are room the room seem occupied, bed wasn't made, privated shampoo and toothbrush in restroom, empty bottle of wine on nightstand. So I return to receptionist to ask if the room was still occupied, they where upsted again and scream that it will be cleaned. I feel bad for the two lady's they probably had a hard day, I think they should be a little more understanding with the guest. Overall the hotel is beautiful. P.s travel light no elevator and five floors.

I eat a vegan diet and there was usually nothing on the buffet breakfast for me. But they made me special food for breakfast, that was very impressive. The facility itself is very pretty, and it's great being on the beach. Beach. Everything was very easy, just leave your laundry and pick it up later. I had booked 2 weeks in a Ocean view room, but when I got there they said there was a screw up and I promised me my Ocean view room in two days, but then The night before I was finally supposed to get the Ocean view room they said it wouldn't be available for three more days. Then the night before it was supposed to be available they tried to tell me it wouldn't be available for a couple of more days and I protested and they put me in the Ocean view room. I met two other people that this had happened to. I suspect that what they do is channel people who had booked an Ocean view room into the more plentiful standard rooms and then rent out the ocean view rooms so they are able to keep the standard rooms full. They did refund the difference. To be clear, I have no proof that this is their reason, but it seems awfully coincidental that this happened to three different people who had booked an ocean view room. One man told me that he simply refused to accept anything other than an Ocean view room when they said there was not one available and by magic one became available.

Stay away!!! Awful place! the location next to the beach this is the only positive thing in this place. And there are many other places with good location. Check them don’t come here! I didn’t read the reviews and that’s was my biggest mistake. I had the worst time ever there. And escaped to another place. The rooms are far from being similar to the pictures, no hot water in the shower No stream of water Mattress is stiff as stone Room is stinky And the worst part is the stuff. The manager of the place Roselia she literally treated me so badly. She must quit this jobs she hates it. And she is mean. I came after long journey from US And waited 20 minutes with out no one to even say hi or what’s going on After, they told the don’t get booking invitation and eventually gave me other room and then what I payed for . And I had to go back to this frustrating process to get what I paid for. After really unpleasant interaction they changed my room and 15 minutes after I was already unpacked my stuff they knocked on the door and told me I need to leave for other room. The food is bad I Don’t even realize yet how bad was this experience. No words left Everything

Exceptional

The only thing good about this place is the beach were it’s located. It’s very long and has lots of good restaurants. When we arrived the room wasn’t even cleaned, and when they eventually cleaned the room, the towels were dirty. The breakfast was not good and the staff was rude from the beginning of our stay.

The beach is very pretty. Oh my god where do I even start?? When we arrived at reception we were ignored for ages by two women who were trying to look busy. We had two nights booked, only to be told that they had overbooked for the first night of our stay. The staff did not seem bothered, and did not try to help us find anywhere else to stay. While they did offer us a bed in the staff dorm for the first night of our stay, we felt uncomfortable sharing such close quarters with strangers. After finding alternative accomodation, I called to double check that our reservation would still be valid for the second night. The woman who answered the phone sounded high as a kite, just kept saying "yeeeaaahhh..." over and over again, didn't fill me with confidence. The next morning we went back, and luckily the room was ready. It's a good job we are relatively young and able-bodied, as the room was up a very steep hill and lots of stairs, next to what I think is a car park. Lots of very loud motorbike engines early in the morning! Our room was on the end of a row, we had to squeeze past some overgrown plants and the tiling on the floor outside was very cracked and sharp. The room itself was ok, not amazing but it had a bed and air con. The walls had a few squashed mosquitoes on them. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant, the food was nice when it arrived, though one of us had long finished their food by the time the rest of us got a meal. Very slow service even by Thailand's relaxed standards. We paid at the bar in the end as all the staff seemed to have disappeared. When we left the next day, we asked reception to book us a taxi to our next destination, they asked for 1250 THB to haad rin, which is expensive compared to other long-ish journeys we had taken. When one of our group quibbled over the price, the woman at the desk said "ok fine no taxi" and turned her back to us. At this point we didn't care, we just wanted to get out of there. Overall, TERRIBLE hotel.

Once upon a time there was this lovely resort… When you arrive at the resort from a certain safe distance you think this is so lovely. But then after speaking to the lovely lady (not!!) behind the reception reality kicks in. This lady is extremely grumpy. There was no excuse whatsoever from there side. Apparently we were overbooked she said. At first she was telling us there was something wrong with my creditcard and that they couldn’t charge my creditcard. Which is weird because everything is working fine. This was an absolute lie. The only option they gave us was sleeping in a dorm or one of there guests houses because all the other options were fully booked. We had a terrible night sleep at this place. It was extremely moldy, and electricity was not working properly. The next day we could finally check in at the resort and go to our superior bungalow with sea view. We definitely had sea view, no doubt about that. But the superior part was missing completely. Also it was not even a bungalow. We had no privacy at all. I can go in to extreme bad details about the room and the resort, but just believe me if I say this. It’s way overpriced for what you get. It’s not maintained at all for many years. From the bottom of my heart, please don’t spend your money here, you will certainly regret it! This place has two options, either they shut it down and completely renovate the resort, or they have to lower the prices drastically. And the staff needs to be replaced, or work wise they somehow need to find joy again.

Don´t use your credit card to reserve rooms here. The lady at the front desk (Ole) double-charged my credit card without authorization, confirmed the fact that they did so, promised to refund the sum and I then never did - even after several reminders. Even Booking.com appears to have given up communicating with the hotel and went silent on the matter. Looks like I now have to contact my credit card company to get a refund. This place is run down and has dishonest management. Avoid at all costs. If the hotel does resolve this matter, I will update this review.

The room was great, very comfortable, next to the beach. The view was great. The breakfast is great for that money. Restoran is good too. Pool was clean. Beach not too crowded. They have bunch of other services, such as laundry, taxi, water activities, rent-a-car/bike. The woman from the reception was so friendly and helpful. Big up for her The room could be more clean. Even though they have daily cleaning service, they never clean the windows and the floor in the bathroom wasn't that clean (even a bit smelly)
