It wasn't very comfortable for a family to be with a transparent toilet.

Location was good. Hotel was nice, clean, friendly. Nothing to write songs about, but perfectly fine. Parking was just in the street, but it seemed very safe.

Nicely decorated room. Great deck to sit outside and lovely view. Lots of restaurants and shops along main road. Friendly and helpful staff. No parking but free public parking is nearby.

Ann was excellent. She assisted us through messages about what stop to get off, because we came by bus. She was extremely helpful with things to do and where to eat. Thank you Ann your help was greatly appreciated Our room was on the top floor and had an amazing view of the monasteries and mountains. The breakfast had good variety. We had a tub with a shower wand which took some getting used too. I personally would prefer the wand attached to the wall and maybe a partial wall so the water did not splash onto the floor .

Transparent bathroom/shower. Maybe I'm too old-fashioned but it brings some discomfort and awkwardness. However, it could be easily fixed by replacing transparent walls and doors with foggy/blurred ones

Excellent location and very helpful staff... They catered for one of our party who is gluten intolerant... Generous breakfast... Receptionist gave us great tips on visiting the area. They also offered to send us by post an item that was left behind. Nothing

Fantastic hotel, very comfortable bed and room temperature. The room was clean and modern. Very friendly staff, the receptionist gave us recommendation for a nice hike.
