Mike helped us to settle into a new room when plumbing failed in first room. Staff were great as was lounge and location. Rooms may benefit from some updating. Needs some updating

The staff were very kind and helpful. It was very clean and the view from the room was also really nice. The only thing missing in the room for me, was the kettle.

The room was very clean and the towels were changed daily. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and making noises. The hairdryer almost got my hair burnt. The fridge in the room was empty.
