Great view of Meteora monasteries from the patio Place was outdated and needs updating

Paid for extra breakfast on arrival refused a refund. Other staff really helpful

The front desk is the good thing I can think of The breakfast is next to nothing, location is on the road, the hotel is very outdated and the price we paid was double since we book last minute so very expensive stay.. Bed very uncomfortable

The location only Not Recommended at All! Before my stay in this August, I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but no one answered. When we arrived, the reception desk was empty. We had to call out several times until an employee came in from outside. The employee didn't speak any English, and it was very difficult to communicate since he only spoke Greek. I had already paid 128 euros for two nights without breakfast, which is far too expensive for the level of service and accommodations we received. The day before we were leaving, I asked the employee to call a taxi for us, but she told me to ask her colleague in the morning. When I went to do so, I found the employee sleeping on a sofa in the lobby with the main door locked. When he woke up, he still did not help me get a taxi, causing me to be late for the bus to Athens and change all my plans of the day. While the hotel has a good location and a great view of the Meteora mountains, it's far from the standard of communication that tourists expect. This hotel makes a trip more difficult rather than simpler. Tourists already spend five hours on the bus from Athens—the only way to get to the city—only to be further inconvenienced by the hotel's lack of professionalism in making guests feel comfortable. The room was also dirty, with lots of hair and dust on the balcony. The air conditioning was not working, making the room very hot. We were forced to leave the door open just to get some air. Furthermore, there are no cameras in case a customer loses something or something bad happens.

good location on the main street nearby restaraunts etc. Nice well managed classic hotel, with very helpful stuff. Fireplace at the lobby for winter comfort :) Good central heating system. Nice old-school design and armosphere. Public parking area is neaby. the shower is curtained, and overall the shower room is a bit disapointing compared to everything else. Otherwise it may be a 4-star place.

Nothing, really! Location very good ?! Room for 2 adults & 2 kids! Very small! AC NON EXITANT! TV? WHAT TV! ALSO NOT WORKING!

The location right at the Main Street was good. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Personnel is nice. Outdated rooms. Everything seems to be at least 40 years old. Furniture and bathrooms really run down, and amateurish repaired. First room AC was broken, we changed rooms and in the second room the AC was working but making weird noises. Worst thing however is that the Hotel is not taken care of. Rooms are dirty, bathroom moldy. In the first room we had a fridge covered in mold. Breakfast poor. Basically bread and instant coffee.

Location was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. The shower was in the bath, not a shower tray, which I found not so safe to use.
