Staff, gym, breakfast, facilities. Loved having a tub with handles. Restaurant good with great staff Gym didn’t open until 8am on weekends and 6.30 weekdays. With no staff and no rooms around, why so late? Our room was always hot and the fan didn’t help much.

Hotel Easy to reach, Parking adequate, Quick Check in. Restaurant Facilities could have been better... on Timings, Service and Food Quality... Rooms Quite Compact.

The property feels a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. Our room was located close to the railway tracks, so there was some train noise. The bathroom was also equipped with a fixed shower only, and having a handheld shower option would have been much more convenient.

Location When we checked in, there was no hot water. We could not have a shower that evening when we go in after dinner it was late so early morning I checked again what was wrong with the hot water and the reply was oh our boilers are down and not working. We had three rooms booked. We’ve been out all day. We are from the USA. We are Hotel owners as well? This is not acceptable. We need a complete refund as a bait and switched on us. If I don’t hear from them, I’ll put a cancellation on my credit card. We had four senior citizens, my mother and father and their friends and they could not you have a shower or use hot water in the room for 24 hours during our day. The hotel knew there was no hot water prior to us checking in. They should’ve told us we would’ve gone to another hotel and got rooms.

About 30 minute walk to centre of Inverness. Taxi fare back was £6 so no grumbles. Nice bar area serving good food. Room large and clean. Bed comfortable. Reasonable price with plenty of parking. Would stay again No air conditioning so had to leave window open which was noisy due to warehouse next door and also next to main intercity train link.

A fair hotel near the A9 with a bar restaurant that provided fair to good food. The room we had was far too warm. Even using the fan provided and opening the window meant hearing the A9 traffic. Thus was poor, given the cost of the room

Staff Kitchen closed too early, not gym

Breakfast was good. The jacuzzi has broken. That was one of the reasons I booked there. Room was small, refrigerator didn’t work so we lost some food.
-
Check-in took a while even though I did a pre-registration online. Our room was warm and one of the provided fans didn’t work.

Parking Room was not clean

Very warm in the rooms pherhaps because we both received at the and of the hall. Under our window there was a terrace full with spoiled fruits and vegetables. The carpet in the room was not pleasant at all. Bed too small for 2 people and not comfortable at all. It was not a good value for the money we paid.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and dinner/drinks for evening were good too. It’s nice to have indoor pool, hot tub on-site which is very rare. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was an easy walk into town.
-
Room was clean - staff generally friendly and helpful Room’s soap and shower gel dispensers were both empty and clearly staff cleaning hadn’t noticed this for a while as it should never get below 1/4 full. Also I got trapped in lift when it shutdown while I was in it. (Lift rebooted after a few minutes)

Kinda dated, could use some TLC

Breakfast buffet was well stocked unlike Holiday Inn Express where we stayed 2 days before. Had a pool but jacuzzi was not working. Staff were mostly nice. Breakfast staff were unhelpful and had to ask for table to be cleaned, to get cutlery and napkins. No coffee cups etc. 2nd night the main bed sheet was missing and had to request reception to fetch a sheet for us to put on ourselves.

Location was fine for an early airport run. Surprised to find a spa attached and appreciated the steam room and sauna. Bed was comfortable and clean. It is showing its age. Carpet and furnishings are dirty and run down. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and everyone had to go outside in cold. Must be a common occurrence because there is a sign posted in shower about closing the door to prevent the fire alarm going off. I’ve never seen such a sensitive alarm. Hotel should fix as to not disturb guests. No apologies from the hotel after the occurrence either.

In the morning when we were checking out we weren't updated in any way, we weren't even asked about our stay or any mention of the event. Very disappointing.
