Breakfast
-
The price was so high for a tiny room that we couldn’t even open our suitcases in when the foldout couch was made out. Breakfast was lackluster, more fruit would be nice as well as some pancakes or waffles or something not so extreme for the kids.
-
Not clean and overpriced for the value.
-
Clean, nice staff, well equiped. Nothing
-
Lounge food drink
-
Room size will be smaller once sofa bed is made. but thats to be expected.

The staff was great
-
Bathroom very clean with wonderful water pressure Too warm and couldn’t easily lower temp. More attention needed to restock breakfast items

The staff is unbelievable. I can’t say enough nice things about them. A little expensive. But everything thing here is a lot, it’s a great place.

The free buffet breakfast is pretty average. Otherwise it's a great value place to stay. Pretty far from central Inverness, we had a car so just drove and parked in town.

We liked the complimentary coffee 24 hrs-day and the bar was also available 24/7. The service and breakfast was very good. No fridge available.
-
Rooms tidy and very warm. Lots and lots of charging plugs!! No ice machine or laundry facilities but that’s an American preference.
-
Nothing exciting about this place. Just okay to stay. Not in a good location

The room was clean and spacious Breakfast has the basic
-
The location was good The services were bad - they were short of staff every time. 2 persons were managing everything - reception, calls, check-ins, house keeping queries So they were not able to provide stuff in the room. Also, there was no mattresses for crib but they arranged some alternative quilt which was not of crib size so it was not balanced. They had very limited and fixed menu for breakfast, being global chain we expected any item in chicken - they simply refused and kept same menu on both days with beaf and pork sausage while they have chicken in their kitchen for restaurant menu. Also they refused to make omelets which the mere basic any hotel does Top of all - they didn’t had hot water in that extreme cold and bad weather for entire 2nd day and 3rd morning. We had an infant and all three were not able to take bath on both days.

The key card light switch it confused me lol
-
The breakfast was good but a bit overcooked and dry.
-
nice clean large room and the breakfast was excellent.... nothing to complain about

We have stayed here a few times on our way home to the Western Isles. The staff are very friendly and helpful, also the buffet breakfast is exceptional and is included in the price of the room Why do all these hotels only provide one chair in a room for two people?
