Tru by Hilton Grantville, PA

We had a handicap room for my mom and me. Care was taken to make things safe for her. She was able to move through the room with ease, and the bathroom was amazingly set up for safety purposes for the handicap. The price was fair. The continental breakfast was good. Even had gluten-free items for my granddaughter who has celiac disease. It’s a place. I would definitely stay again. I was extremely happy with it. Your staff was very pleasant and took good care The only complaint I would have, is that in the handicap bathroom a chair is needed for dressing purposes.

Nice place to stay with the family!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the room was very clean when arriving. The breakfast was decent. There is no bureaus or closets and their recommendation if you need more room is to use under the bed. The proximity to Hersey Park is good. The pictures online made it seem like there was a lake nearby with paddle boats and a hiking trail. There isn’t. Which is fine I just don’t appreciate false advertising.

The handicap accommodations were exceptional it was a great hotel to stay at. It was very expensive but I was happy there I wish it wasn't so expensive I'd always stay at a tru if I could afford it

We were a little disappointed that there was no pool available. We were not told that when we booked the room and we came under the impression we would be able to swim when we arrived. Other than that, the staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean very convenient to the casino. We had a great day.

The staff were friendly and helpful upon checking in. The parking was free for guests. The breakfast was good. There was a nice variety of things for breakfast!

N/A Not just this hotel. All the Hotels usually provide the booking.com clients with the rooms that are located in the back side of the hotel. The location is not quite close to the tourist attractions. The breakfast area is small. No suite or large room.

The hotel looked clean but our hotel room was covered by ants and we were so tired we didn’t notice until the morning when we saw three ants on the bed and wondered where they came from and when we looked by the window next to our bed it was covered with ants…

I was pleasantly surprised as I usual lower my expectations on these "lower end" sister chains of major hotel groups. The facilities were clean, the included breakfast was great and the rooms were perfect for our short 2 night stay to go to Hershey Park. I was surprised to find a mini fridge in the room, as it didnt state this in the website and there is 24/7 coffee bar available in the lobby and a microwave in the lobby. The staff were all helpful and kind and kept the place very clean. Would def stay again. The EV charger was only available for Hilton Rewards members and so was the complimentary bottled waters - usually hotels have at least a bottle or 2 in the rooms (The FD clerk was kind enough to offer us the bottled water for the kids)
