The sofa bed was uncomfortable and in need of a change. The lobby floor was broken in many locations and in need of repair. For all these reasons we will not stay in this hotel in the future.

This property is a good candidate for a PIP . The property is useful for traveling to Hershey with a young family but it does desperately need work.

The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Parking was convenient.

Staff was very nice but the cleanliness of the bathroom and like nooks and crannies were very gross looking. Just felt musty and had to Lysol every thing

The hotel did its job - the beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. A/C worked. The elevator was the slowest elevator ever and couldn’t find the staircase, but didn’t look too hard. The elevator was dirty but the place was at capacity for a concert at Hershey so I blame people for just being people. Parking was tough when we came back from the concert late at night but we managed. Didn’t get the breakfast in the morning because it was packed.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms were very nice spacious and clean. Parking was easy to find spaces. Pool was ok definitely not heated in.my opinion though and water was murky. We did have a nice stay there and would stay there again.

Close travel to Hersey The double bed room smelled terrible, like wetness and mildew and there was black staining on the ceiling. Definitely smelled like water damage. The door on the room also didn’t automatically lock, you had to manually set the doorknob. The bathroom faucet in the king size room fell off multiple times. That room was extremely loud between the busy road and children knocking on our door mid night. My sister also stayed that night and there was a dead roach in her bed.
