Overall, the place was okay. Having traveled regularly, looking at reviews, photos, and our Destination, this property fit our needs. Unfortunately, the photos are very old so the actual property was in much rougher shape. Common areas were nice, welcoming, and clean. The room was a stretch to say 'okay' but we made it work for the night.. Dated, poor quality repairs, damage to walls, AC unit cover, plugs were worn out, no modern amenities such as Bluetooth speaker alarm clock, USB outlets, updated lighting, modern TV, kitchen was very dated and had a hodge podge of all items, no consistency. The beds were older, but ok. Pillows were the size of a decorative pillow, didn't even cover the head of the bed. Bathroom was in poor shape. Housekeeping definitely is pushed with their timeline of 12p-4p for cleaning and service, but the cleanliness of the room was mediocre.

The property is very run down and in need of renovations. Air conditioning was weak hallways were very muggy/stuffy as was pool area,rooms took a lot to get cold. Rugs were just NASTY!!!!! Walls dirty,very scuffed.shower curtains musty and had specks of mold. Tv in one room did not even work. One bathroom looked like there was dent in tub wall from a previous keg of beer or something along that line. Elevator made loud clunking noise and you also felt it occur, pretty scary!!!!! It was just SUCH a total disappointment! My family and I dreaded returning there at end of day. Did not even get rooms I booked&.was simply told at check in it “was because there was a concert same weekend and they were booked”. ???? I booked a specific room for a reason. Also was traveling with very small toddlers and ask for two adjoining rooms for my grandchildren and their parents and for me and my spouse and if they couldn’t be adjoining either side-by-side or across from each other well that ended up not happening. We were 4 rooms separated, and the king bed room that I booked was changed to a queen bed because the check-in personnel said “it would be better for the children to have two queen beds as opposed to a King bed “???? What, that’s not really their decision is it , I mean, I thought it was the decision of the person that was paying for the room and making that request how they decided to arrange their family member's for sleep.Total disappointment!! Not likely to use Expedia again!

The room smelled like smoke from the moment I walked in. The pillows are terrible. One of the doors to the bathroom didn’t close. The TVs didn’t work. Also the air filter in the ac was absolutely filthy. Wouldn’t stay again.

I like that everything was easy access and that they had an arcade room for kids.

When I went to check in, there was a conversation happening behind the counter about a complaint a guest made regarding cleanliness and the manager (or owner) was berating the staff member right at the desk. It was awkward as I stood there for a minute or 2 waiting to be checked in while this was happening. Definitely a conversation that should have been had in an office away from guests. Also, the lobby smelled terrible.

The amenities except they were not functioning properly The arcade area was not working properly, the pool table had one stick and no chalk, the pool was not heated. The room had roaches. The key card was reset every time your phone or credit card was near it.

Anthony at the front desk was was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. You can see they are trying to improve but for a one night stay was perfect. The lobby was very small and in the evening after our event as a family we wanted to gather together to talk and laugh. Sadly we had to stop at 10 due to quiet hours. There were to many of us to go to a room.
