The owner is very friendly and helpful. Amazing location , near the train and in the center of the town easy to move anywhere.

Staff was good. Room has 4 twins as expected. Shower was decent except the floors. Was able to store luggage. 4 flights of stairs which was awful. Floors in shower dirty and moldy. Shower is hole in the floor next to toilet with folding door.

I have no comments about this since it was perfect. I loved everything about it. It is a very good option, facilities are beautiful and convenient. Even the stairs to get to the main desk are part of the historic vibe. I will stay again here if I return to Florence, the hotel matched the city. Nothing to say here.

After dropping off our luggage in the morning, we headed out to explore the city. The hotel is in an excellent central location, conveniently close to the train station. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. While the room was clean, it could be updated.

Staff was fantastic, easy check in/check out procedures. Very very close to the sights in Florence. About a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Nothing. The shower room is difficult to get used to but that's not the hotels fault thats just something we aren't used too

Let’s start saying. Access to Hotel was difficult, the HotelSan Lorenzo sign is very hard to spot on the building. It is Difficult to find the Hotel. Once you find the Hotel press buzzer, then go up at least 6 flies of stairs to reach the Hotel. Room was on the small size and beds are comfy with plenty in blankets we booked room with shared bathroom which fell private. No breakfast, nor complimentary coffee. But, provided toiletries. The reception Staff as very friendly.

Great location. The room was small. It was clean and the staff were great. The stairs were a bit of a climb on our in and outs. The shower didn’t work properly. It was either hot or cold.

Location is excellent, close to everything by walk. If you are tourist and don’t stay much at place. Property is not clean, it’s pretty old place. Staff won’t accommodate any request for later check in after 8pm.
