Staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel itself isn’t fancy but the great service, really good breakfast options along with very clean and comfy rooms made for a great stay- and the air conditioning was invaluable. Fantastic location.
-
Very helpful staff and brilliant location. Despite being in the centre of Florence it was not noisy at night There was not enough wardrobe/ cupboard space. The breakfast was adequate but not exceptional.
-
Front desk staff were incredible. Clara was exceptional at her job.
-
Great staff, very accommodating, great location. No shower in room with big tub, renovated rooms very nice yet lots of noise from hallway and building.
-
Drinks in Fridge, Coffee and staff friendliness Very slow elevator, strange hotel room layout.
-
Location was convenient for walking Florence. Front staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a little difficult to get to but minimally inconvenient. Would have been nice to have some English speaking channels on TV.
-
Great location We booked triple room. Room was on the first floor right next to the lobby. Our daughter slept on the single bed that wasn’t comfortable

This was our third stay at Hotel Ginori Al Duomo. We love the location, the clean and comfortable rooms, the professionalism and kindness of the staff, the breakfast. It is truly 10 minutes from everything but still on a quiet street. If you have the chance, stay here while in Florence.

Extremely accommodating
-
Location, cleanliness, amazing breakfast Needs more shelves and hooks.
-
The water flow/current of water in bathroom was very low, it is inconvenient to do shower. The elevator was very very slow.
-
Friendly helpful staff (especially Clara). Great location. Quiet enough. Spacious and clean room. Good breakfast.
-
1) Very central 2) kind staff 1) the elevator is painfully slow 2) no gym 3) breakfast is supplied by a nearby restaurant
-
Comfortable, clean and refreshing The back garden should be cleaned from soo much debris
-
It was clean, well located, everything within walking distance and the staff was very friendly. We loved using the pool and spa after a long day of exploring. The shower drain was slow, and flooded the bathroom floor every time we showered. We were close to one of the main hallway doors that required a key card to enter and were woken up every morning to guests walking by because the door would slam. I would recommend putting a sign on the door, asking guests not to slam the door.

Excellent location on the Main Street to the Duomo and Pontevecchio. San Lorenzo market is right around the corner. Great restaurants very close by. They have a wine cellar as well as a small pool. Staff was great! Nothing
