Florence Dream Domus

Our stay at Florence Dream Domus was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city’s beauty. The building itself is full of history and charm, giving our stay a truly authentic Florentine experience. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. As a lovely surprise, we even received a beautiful gift before check-out, which was such a kind and memorable touch. A very special thank you to Marly for her exceptional hospitality and care. She made us feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you for making our time in Florence unforgettable. We highly recommend Dream Domus Florence and will definitely return on our next visit to this beautiful city.

The room was pretty and the location was good. The lady helping us out was super kind. There are stairs but if you have someone helping you out it’s okay. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There are multiple locks which we appreciated. I recommend going to the Simbiosi restaurants right next door for breakfast or dinner. Plenty of stairs but there was a kind lady helping us!

Well located, clean room, friendly owner

The bathroom was unsafe with a step that was not so apparent due to very busy tiles, and the shower was teeny tiny. The 3 of us are below average size and it was virtually impossible to shower. We were not sure if the main door locked securely.

Location location location. Staff exceptional and gave us 5 hour your that we got to see all and more. Best tour ever. Even went to the acadamiie and saw Michael Angelo. Then we went to the church where we heard the Gregorian Chant and mad mass at the top of the hill

Location was amazing, the Philip lady was amazing she made a good experience for us Our room had an AC issue and we immediately changed our room, Nothing

There was not enough shelf in the bathroom to put things, a cosmetic bag, and also hooks to hang a towel.

They had A/C!! The room was a nice size and location was convenient. They had free water in the lobby which was appreciated. It was also a quiet location. I didn't mind climbing stairs to get to the room. Initial entry was difficult since we were early, but one in, the service was great! We also had to figure out the toilet flush by pumping the button several times before it would work.

Clean, friendly, I love that she let us keep our luggage there even after checkout, that’s such a nice touch!!

The interior design ans location Felt like princess

The beds were a little stiffer than I would prefer. That was really the only issue I had with the place.

Location No furniture to keep your stuff , no spoon /glass, no in room tea kettle to warm up water, no small table to eat food also

Location Just be aware there’s no elevator -

The room including bathroom was small and the interior is outdated (but quaintly furnished). Coffee and water is available but located in the commons area next to the entrance (not in the room). The rooms are on the second story of the building, but it is more like the third floor in US standards. Without the lift, it could be a difficult climb up & down for some people.

My family member had leg problem, hotel staff helped us to carry luggage. Location very good. Safe area.

The location is in the center and close to shops, restaurants, Duomo cathedral etc. None

The location was excellent- very central. It might be worth explaining that’s it’s not a “street facing” hotel- just a small plaque to alert you that you’ve arrived.

No breakfast was included.. The bathroom floor was problematic. We tripped ourselves a lot because of the difference in the floor levels between the sink and shower area. The floor should probably be marked to help warn tenants of the different levels. We put some colored tape down to help keep us from tripping. Also, there was a lot of construction going on at the ground level. It started too early in the day, so that was not enjoyable.

2 flights of stairs but we discovered that is normal in Italy.
