What a great stay. Staff was excellent and so helpful. Big shout out to Leonardo. What a pleasant and upbeat individual. We enjoyed speaking with him. Good breakfast every morning. Great location !!! There are a bunch of steps before you reach the elevator. It was not a problem for us however it might be something you need to consider if you have issues climbing a flight of stairs.

The location is fantastic. The staff are incredibly helpful and simpatico. The rooms are very clean. The bathroom is spacious. In sum, the hotel offers excellent value for the price. It sounds picky, but the pillows were a bit hard. My room looked onto an interior courtyard, so was dark, but I guess Florence architecture does not allow otherwise!

The property and the staff were lovely! There is a small set of stairs leading up to the lobby, but it’s nothing compared to climbing the Duomo! The main lobby is beautiful and clean, and the dining area is always stocked with drinking water after a long day of walking in the summer heat. We especially appreciated Leonardo for his kindness and recommendations! N/A

The air conditioning was great, the room was comfortable and we loved the breakfast being included. The stairs were the only negative thing but it really was not a big deal at all!

Hotel Davanzati was everything! We were greeted with smiles from the most amazing staff. Great location, comfortable beds, and a cozy stay. We were amazed at how friendly all the staff were. Coffee/light breakfast in the morning, and aperitivo in the evening all included in the price of the stay. Simply wonderful!! I would stay here again if I return to Florence.
