Hotel Alessandra

Room and bathroom were excellent . Staff was excellent Didn’t like steps, elevator, mosquitos in the room. The second the guy showed us the mosquito thing for the room, we decided to leave. Elevator was too tiny.

The hotel was very comfortable and great location , very good staff , only reason I’m giving 8 it’s because the stairs , it’s located at third floor and for families with bags it’s hard , other than that , very good Stairs

This was such a perfect fit for our girls trip. Helpful and friendly staff. Safe and comfortable accommodations near everything on our list. Hot shower and large bathroom. Delicious cappuccinos in the mornings. What more do you need? That first flight of stairs with luggage to the lobby is a doozy. But well worth it.

Location was phenomenal and the staff were very friendly and kind. Room was ample size for a family of 4. The walk up was a bit much after a long day of sightseeing and the odor at the front entrance was pungent. However the hotel itself was fine.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Hotel Alessandra! From the wonderful location to the helpful, friendly staff to the delicious breakfasts, we would highly recommend the hotel. A larger sign would be helpful, especially because the numbers don’t seem to be consistent on either side of the street. We missed the entrance, not just once, but twice. ?

The room was very nice and spacious. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent. We found the beds a little firmer than we like but was ok. There was 2 flights of stairs to get to the elevator and then when we got to the lobby, our room was one flight down. So lots of lugging suitcases.

Can’t beat the location it was such a bonus to oversee the river with terrace. The building with broken bell was nostalgic and pic perfect. Location was great and staff were very helpful and professional.

The bed was not particularly comfortable, as it was made up of two single mattresses with a gap in the middle. The room was also quite basic and missing some standard amenities, such as a kettle. Considering the price, it feels quite overrated.

The noise from the restaurant below, especially late and early stacking and unstacking tables. The one-person elevator was out most of the time. Make four flights of concrete stairs with luggage very hard, both up and down.

Beautiful old Italian theme and feel! Loved it and the old fashion elevator. The stairs, there are a few steps you must take to get to the office.

Great location in the city center. Beautiful historic building; rooms very spacious and clean. Bathroom recently upgraded and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended parking available a few blocks away for extra fee. Had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator.

There was nobody to help me with the suitcase specially the first floor does not have an elevator, so you have to drag your suitcase all the way up to the second floor, heads up elevator is so small barely you can fit in the elevator with your suitcase.

The location and staff were amazing! The room was giant for Italy, we were able to leave our bags after checkout and the hotel had an elevator!

Location was a dream. Everyone on the staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was perfect! Also the shower pressure was insanely amazing!
