I loved every minute. Staff was professional but friendly. Location is perfect to everything. Need to know the streets to avoid crowds. It was all great, just ask for help. The lights were not bright enough for the bathrooms.

Nothing I did not like. Everything was good at the hotel. Even parking was arranged with the garage to collect and deliver as the hotel located in a Traffic Zone limitation area.

Excellent location, easily walkable to multiple tourist sites, wonderful restaurants at different price points, and shopping options. Staff was lovely, very helpful with directions and transport. Room was clean, super comfortable beds/sheets. Overall our family enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The bathrooms for the junior suites was very small. Breakfast could have more hot/savory options.

Location They were quite understaffed. Check in time was taking too long. Turn down time was too late and bellboys get annoyed easily. We had several luggages since we were a big group, but bellboys we’re easily annoyed. One of the rooms given to us had leaks from the ceiling in the restroom where we had to change rooms almost in the middle of the night. Lastly their reception button call redirects you to a private number where the person on call got mad.
