Amazing location

Great location, right on the river and easy walking distance to everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable and with a real Florentine flair! The staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. Also had a great breakfast buffet.

Excellent location at the heart of Florence, within walking distance of everything in the historic center. Staff were helpful, and the location was very good for the price. Breakfast was also very good. We were very pleased with this hotel.

We received a loft with a small sitting area at the entrance and the bedroom and main bathroom on a floor up over a wooden staircase. While it was beautiful, it needed a lot of going up and down the stairs, which might be not easy for some people. Otherwise comfortable, had also a nice balcony. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of tasty choices and very friendly service. Nice large lobby. Very close to all attractions and shopping.

The air conditioning could not cool the rooms enough. They offered to bring standing fans, which we appreciated and which helped some. The bathrooms, while beautiful, were a little funky - the tubs were a bit tall to get into in order to shower. The old fashioned keys with heavy weights made it necessary to leave the key at the front desk when heading out - but then had to wait - if the staff were busy- to collect the key when returning to room. Rooms were spacious except the single room, which was more like a closet with a bed that felt like an uncomfortable cot. Beds in other rooms were fine.

Great hotel, in a great location, friendly staff, great size rooms, clean and great breakfast. The AC in the room could have been better. If the AC was working a little better we would have rated this property a 5, but We'd definetly stay here again. Great Hotel with friendly staff in a great location.

Amazing hotel in Florence !! Beautiful balcony view overlooking ponte Vecchio. Rooms are beautiful , quiet and very comfortable . Lobby bar and garden patio very accommodating Staff is so helpful and kind. Incredibly delicious breakfast ! Having to leave

Ideal location close to everything, yet very quiet at night (our room faces the garden, there was a lovely balcony). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The other room facing the river is super nice too, it has great views. Nice breakfast and decoration.
