Near Brunswick Rd restaurants. Clean comfortable rooms. Quiet. Rooms were small but comfortable. Breakfast food was good but service could have been a lot better. Valet parking expensive.

Design and petsonality, location, small personal touches. Nice to stay in a hotel where locals want to hang out either on the roof terrace or in the bistro. Friendly and approachable personnel. Awesome chilli scramble:) The room wasn't cleaned on one of the days although we put a sign on the door. And one thing we found frustrating is the absence of proper blanket covers. Having the blanket between two sheets is not hygiene and really unpleasant to sleep under when you need to constantly control the blanket.

Location fun. Quiet street. Minutes to city tram and excellent cafes. Upmarket interior and very comfortable spaces to work or relax in. Boutique cool vibe.
