The location was fantastic, the breakfast was unique and the staff exceptional!

Great location! The staff was super nice. Especially Semina. She literally navigated us to our restaurant because we made a wrong turn. Definitely not easy to do in santorini. Our room was perfect and the Caldera view was worth every penny. We had breakfast on our balcony every morning. It was glorious. I'm planning on going to Santorini again with my family and I would definitely book here again.

This is an exceptional place, the sunset and sea view, the rooms, the terrace with possibility of breakfast served at terrace. Very attentive staff, we had early check in upon request, very kind of them. Lots of cafes in the neighborhood and quick walk to the cable car and local shops. Highly recommended for stay. Nothing

Caldera view is to die for, million dollars view, Entire staff treat us excellently, provided great recommendations ( Rizes Rest) ! They went out of their way to make our stay wondenful Nothing

Great location and beautiful views! Our room was right next to a beautiful restaurant and bar. One of the nights there was a lot of noise when employees spent time talking loudly outside after they got off work. It bothered my sleeping.

Breakfast was good, not great.

Beautiful accommodations! Upon arrival, the friendly staff greeted my husband and I with drinks while explaining the procedures for dining. They inquired about activities off the property so that they could arrange transportation for us. We ordered breakfast the prior night, which was promptly brought to our room and elegantly arranged in room for a lovely dining experience. Staff met our every need. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from our balcony!!! Would definitely recommend!!!! We were not thrilled with the steep steps leading up to our room. Steps are pebbled and slippery, so extreme caution is recommended.

Location, view and friendly staff Outdated Bathroom

We LOVED our stay here. The view, the breakfast with a view and the room was STUNNING! The team went above and beyond, even upgrading our room for our honeymoon. The photos dont do this place justice, it is really special. Super handy to everything in Fira as well. We had a traditional shower in our room, would be nice to have a hook to hang the hose :)

My fiancé, now wife, and I stayed here for 1 night on a wedding planning trip to Santorini and 4 nights during our Santorini wedding along with a number of our guests. The hotel did everything they could to make our time there as great as it could be. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the manage Nick and the other gentlemen that were at the front desk throughout our stay. The hotel has incredible views. Our room (The Ambassador) was very large and perfect for the bride and bride's maids to get ready on the day of the wedding. Our balcony was perfect for pictures and the hotel is located in an area of Fira where more picture opportunities are just outside the property. The hotel is located very close to the "center" of Fira, and is within minutes of just about anything you want to walk to. Breakfast served to your balcony every morning while you look out over the caldera is also incredible.

Gorgeous location. Beautiful rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. ?Amazing breakfast. ? right near main bus terminal. Also short walk to Fira main square. Pool was too small to enjoy. Our balcony was detached from the room, outside up a flight of stairs. Different than what was expected in the photos. Lovely nevertheless.

Magnificent view, great location near bus station and restaurants, wonderful service. The toilet needs to be updated.

Superb

Staff were superb. Breakfast was fab, either in the restaurant or on the rooms balcony. Spotlessly clean Friendly black cat. Air con unit on balcony could be heard a bit at night not enough to wake up, but if awake slightly annoying. Likewise sitting on the balcony air con unit could be a little intrusive, However, these are converted properties and compromises have to be made. It’s a lovely place and if I had same room again would not be disappointed.
