Very nice central location, great view Very hot, misses some umbrellas or shade

The view was beautiful. The steps.

An amazing location close to everything in Fira. The views from the rooms and terrace were stunning. Plenty of space. Lots of stairs down to get to the facility but that’s just the nature of the location.

Loved the staff!!! Amazing, helpful, wonderful staff. The patio could have used an umbrella.

Breakfast was wonderful! The Staff was friendly. Views were outstanding. Everything was wonderful, the hotel provided a porter for our luggage. But you do need to be prepared to do a lot of steps to get down to the hotel and back up to the main area.

The hotel itself is absolutely lovely. People try to come around the entrance to take photos because the view and location is magnificent. We stayed in one of the suites (actually the closest one to the caldera) and it was amazing! Cannot recommend enough. Breakfast and laundry services were also pristine. The staff is what really makes this place special. Particularly the man at the front desk was truly the kindest person we met on vacation.

The location was wonderful. Nothing
-
Best view of both the town and ocean with total privacy from your own deck. Most other hotels along the caldera let other travelers see down into your room. The host and staff are amazing.
-
Amazing location and view. You don't need to go anywhere for the breathtaking sunset; watch it from your own balcony.

LOVED the location. With this view, other hotels next door are much more expensive. The cave-like room was very comfortable and so pleasing to the eye. Room 103 had its own private balcony too. Would have liked the low table where the TV table was to put luggage on, but everything else was perfect.
-
Great location, quiet with amazing vistas, yet close to everything! Staff, Breakfast - all great.
-
The view from the rooms are amazing! They charged an extra $100/night for my child.

Location, people, views. Breakfast was average
-
View was very good The pillows were to stiff and hard.

Amazing views!!! Extremely friendly staff. At the front desk, Argie was very helpful. At Breakfast, Irini and Tania prepared the best breakfasts we had throughout the countries visited. Having a delicious breakfast while enjoying the incredible views, priceless! The hotel is close to everything in Fira, walk anywhere, up or down. To get to the hotel and the amazing views, guests will have to carry their luggage down many steps along a winding path to get to the hotel. No access by car. It is fair to say that every hotel inside the "caldera," (inside the crater) will have the same challenge. By being inside the Caldera, the guests get to enjoy one of the most unique views anywhere in the world.

Location is magical!
-
Spectacular view from balcony, large room, bathroom and breakfast. Great location on the cliff side of Caldera. Friendly and helpful staff who directed us to good restaurants and scheduled taxis to and from the ferry. Large number of steps up and down to the hotel was challenging, however hotel provided “porter” took care of taking luggage down and up to our taxis.

Very clean and the views were breath taking. All Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

It’s perfect with great view, beautiful sunset spot. Great staff and helpful. Not recommended for weak knees, many steps, but that’s Santorini.

View, breakfast and staff Becareful when you book a room on booking. i picked room with Stone on patio and got the room next to it. Mentioned it to owner and he claimed it was booking.coms fault and nothing more. Other room was nice but it did not have view of fira and ocean but paid full price for it.
