The location was very pretty and conveniently a 5 minute walk to the bus station and 4 minute walk to the grocery store. We stayed in the Emerald Suite and woke to roaches the first morning. We complained to the staff and they cleaned them up and sprayed. The next night, the lights in the bedroom section kept randomly coming on ALL NIGHT LONG just as we were trying to sleep and also revealed more roaches. We just couldn’t stay there anymore and checked out after two days and booked another hotel in Oia, last minute, for a premium. We asked for a refund at least for the remaining days due to these circumstances, but Iliana said it was against policy. They even charged us for the in-room coffee after the fact. Kind of unbelievable! On a smaller note, if you do for some reason decide to stay there anyway, the Jacuzzi in the room is cold and you have to ask for them to turn it up. I saw another reviewer say that the Jacuzzi was cold and they probably did not know to ask. I have attached photos of the roaches with coins next to them for a size reference.

Staff were so helpful and kind. Service was amazing and felt so personal. They helped us find things to do and recommended places to eat. It was our honeymoon and they gave us free champagne. The bathroom had no ventilation, room was humid at times even with dehumidifier.

This was the most amazing place! Beautiful views and accommodations. All the amenities ( robes, slippers, jacuzzi with towels, espresso machine) Views were spectacular and we enjoyed room service on our patio overlooking the sea. Staff was so friendly and welcoming!

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Limestone for 3 nights in early July 2025. Thrasos, Dionisis, Desi and Nasia provided amazing hospitality and elevated our overall experience in Santorini. The view from both the bedroom and hot tub for the Jr suite was incredible and the breakfast every morning was the perfect way to start the day.

The room had a jacuzzi inside the room and the upstairs balcony had a perfect view of water and the sunset. The staff was VERY polite.

Beautiful location, near the center. Great service by the staff. Allways available. Room was clean, well maintained. Breakfast served at the time you asked for. Lots of steps to walk. But that comes with the territory

Beautiful view from our room. I was under the impression that there were no windows from another review, but ours had 2 plus one in the bath. It was perfect for views and the wind was relaxing. The location is very close to the center of town. Staff was excellent and gave great dinner recommendations and made sunset view reservations. Both restaurants were phenomenal. We came into town very early on the ferry and were able to check in early after 11am since the hotel was fully booked. We arranged for transfers from the ferry and to the airport which seemed kind of expensive when quoted but were well worth it since the luggage had to be carried up and down the pathways and the ferry arrival was hectic to say the least. Breakfast was lovely and delivered to your balcony. On checkout, we had to leave before the breakfast time, but they prepared 2 plates for us, just not with all the options for a regularly scheduled breakfast. nothing

Great location, comfortable bed, spacious clean room, and nice staff. The temp of the jacuzzi water was too cold. Even after asking to have the temp raised to their maximum of 36.7 degrees C, it felt like 31 degrees C at best. Too cold to even use. The in room jacuzzi is a key feature of the room, but was unusable for us. I have a jacuzzi at home so I know what 36.7 degrees should feel. Also, the water for the shower took about 3 minutes to get warm. For a $600 per night room during the off season that is the Honeymoon suite, sorry, not acceptable. The lighting in the bathroom at the sink was insufficient. Too dark to even put my contact lenses in my eyes. The rattan sitting chairs and cushion bench in front of the TV were extremely uncomfortable. Could not sit and watch TV for more than 10 minutes. The restaurant that was recommended by the staff was way overpriced and food was just average. They must be getting a commission for recommending overpriced, average food. Also the prices for car rental and excursions they were trying to get me to book were overpriced. You are better off getting these things on your own.

Gorgeous views, unique rooms with private patio space, good location

VIEW IS AMAZING!!! Sunsets and sunrises are both beautiful every day. Be prepared to others to be taking pictures outside of the view (that's how amazing it is). The Room is also amazing: comfy bed (softest best my whole trip), nice living room/seating areas, large bathroom, amazing deck and outside space. The breakfast each morning is delicious. The staff is very helpful, professional, and helpful. The shower temperature was never warm enough. It often was a quick shower because the water was very very cold. It was so hot outside that it was kind of refreshing; however, it is something that needs to be fixed.

A beautiful property in Santorini for our honeymoon! This spot was absolutely gorgeous, clean, relaxing, and our room was huge. We also had our own entrance to the room which was incredible. The staff were SUPER friendly and accommodating and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations that ended up being some of the best food on our trip to Greece! The view from our balcony was also the most beautiful view of our trip. Circling what we wanted for breakfast the night before and having the delicious food on our balcony in the morning made us feel like royalty. Just incredible. The honeymoon suite isn't super private when you're on the balcony/in the hot tub so just know that going in and you'll be fine! The stunning view was worth it!

The property was in a quiet area of Fira and close to the bus station Nothing!

Amazing service. Incredible view from the room and the private hot tub. Breakfast was fantastic: lots of great options on the menu, served directly to the room or balcony

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

The view was amazing and the rooms were super unique . Cave rooms !! Jacuzzi !! Everything was good !!!

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

The property is situated at the perfect location for sunsets and nearby restaurants and shops, and had a very beautiful interior. The hot tubs are very accessible upstairs and you can see the perfect ocean view the moment you walk out of the room. N/A

Location was perfect for walking and all excursions. Staff was very helpful for any requests we had, and was always willing to help us plan our days. Morning homemade breakfasts delivered to room at our requested time each day was amazing to enjoy on the terrace overlooking the caldera. Wonderful spot overall!

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

The deck and pool was a little less private than expected, but understandable given the central location.

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

Hotel is perfectly situated in Fira. The area is quieter and you’re still short walk to the center. Thrassos and his staff were amazing and always available for anything. We stayed in the Sandstone suite (honeymoon suite) and had the perfect balance of privacy while also being able to enjoy stunning caldera views. Breakfast every morning was delicious. I would recommend this place over and over again.
