Trieris Villa & Suites

Our stay at Trieris Villa & Suites was truly unforgettable and one of the highlights of our time in Santorini. The views from the villa were absolutely breathtaking, and the outdoor space was beautifully designed for relaxing, enjoying the sunshine, and taking in the incredible scenery. Each morning, a fresh breakfast was delivered directly to our door, which was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. The food was delicious, plentiful, and made starting each day feel special. After spending hours walking around Santorini in the summer sun, returning to the refreshing cave pool was perfect. It was peaceful, private, and an amazing place to cool down and unwind. The combination of the beautiful accommodations, spectacular views, relaxing outdoor environment, and attentive service made this a truly exceptional experience. We would absolutely recommend Trieris Villa & Suites to anyone looking for a memorable and unique place to stay in Santorini. The only area we felt could be improved was the lighting and mirror setup in the master bathroom. The art deco lip-shaped mirrors were stylish and unique, but they were quite small and not especially practical for getting ready. Better lighting and a larger, more functional mirror would make the space even more comfortable. Aside from that minor detail, our stay was absolutely amazing.

We could not have been more pleased about our spectacular villa unit. The views are breathtaking, and the unit itself is spacious, fun, and well equipped. There are multiple outdoor terraces, two hot tubs, and great views of the Caldera throughout. Everything in Fira is easy walking distance. George is a great host, and was readily available to arrange transportation, make suggestions, and help with bags. The one thing I didn’t like about the villa is that we had to leave. Can I move here?

location George was amazing all questions, made recommendations and worked hard with our bags I didn't realize the rooms were seperate little rooms and one to the rooms ceiling low n felt claustrophobia. I would request later room next time

The property was one of a kind, location not to be beat in the heart of Fira with the most heavenly view, best in Santorini in my opinion! The hot tubs inside and out were SOO perfect, especially the outside one with the heavenly view! George, he could be called Hercules reincarnate, helped us navigate the island with the car we rented and helped us with our belongings up those quaint passage of steps.

One of my top stays anywhere. First, I’ll talk about services. I would call this more of a bed and breakfast because there is daily cleaning and breakfast is included. Our host, George, exceeded expectations. He arranged our transportation and luggage movement, and worked with the airline for delivery of our delayed luggage. He arranged our breakfasts, including follow up when forgot to place our order for the next day. The property is one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in with daily housekeeping also exceeding expectations. Daily breakfast included each person’s choice of one of nine options plus and assortment of breads. Far more than we could eat in a day The property location is perfect, being just steps away from lots of shops and restaurants, not far from the main square and the Fira but transit center (less than a 10 minute walk). The property is beautifully decorated, the king beds are pretty comfortable and there is AC in all rooms. The master bedroom includes a large bath. On the same level is a smaller bedroom with a smaller en-suite bath. Upstairs is a third bedroom and another small bathroom not en suite). The kitchen is accessed through an outside door, which is where breakfast was usually delivered. Plenty of outdoor seating is provided and the smaller lower level hot tub and larger rooftop dip pool were a welcome relief after lots of walking. The property is fantastic. Anything that some might perceive as negative is a function of this being a historical property in Santorini, eg steps to reach the property, steps inside the property, smaller or dark bathrooms, or lack of privacy by the rooftop pool.

This was an amazing place to stay. George was an incredible host and helped us with every detail. The location and the views were wonderful.

Everything was spectacular! We enjoyed every minute from the time we arrived to the time we left this beautiful property. The host George was accommodating, the space was wonderful and the location was truly the BEST. After long days of touring, we came back to the villa to relax in the pool & hot tub! Highly recommend and hope to come back. Everything but location, views and comfort ability!!

I don’t know even know where to begin. George met us at the transport van and assisted with all of our luggage. He even brought a second helper. He walked us to the door, took time showing us the layout, gave all pertinent information and answered all the questions one could have. He organized breakfast options each day, saw to the delivery of our breakfast to the room and texted necessary updates. The town is incredible and the view is incredible everywhere. The landscape in Santorini is not flat. Be prepared for steps. The rooms were tastefully appointed and had everything we needed. The design is visually amazing! Think of a beautiful cave-like construction because that’s what it is! An indoor pool, with one end open to the first level outside patio, separated our two rooms. There is an indoor, private, step down hot tub cave with a door. There is a completely outdoor hot tub integrated into the second level patio (yes, there are two) overlooking the ocean. This location seems located exactly in the middle of the island. We booked a private boat with Caldera Yachting Santorini Luxury Cruises. They were everything we hoped for as well. The marina was a 10 minute drive. I would love to return to this same hotel all over again as soon as possible. Longest review I’ve ever written btw. There is nothing not to like!

This accommodation is surreal. Common area cave pool and terrace hot tub with incredible views plus another indoor cave hot tub in one apartment. Cave living with modern amenities and plenty of space. Bathroom and shower areas are huge. We were lucky to be the last guests for season so had the communal pool and spa areas to ourselves. Host George is fantastic. Gave advice on local areas, arranged various transport and tour services (we paid drivers) and also met us at drop off location on arrival and departure with porter to carry bags. None

The host (George) was exceptional from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was superb with a stunning view, only a 5 minute walk up the steps to shops, cocktail bars & restaurants. Breakfast was delivered each morning and the room was cleaned to a very high standard each day by Silvia with clean towels & robes also. Would highly recommend.

Great location & unique property If there is someone in upstairs villa there is no privacy outside & we had noisy people above us when we were there.

Great location in heart of Fira. Space was huge with two rooms downstairs and one room upstairs. Three bathrooms. Villa is built into the hillside and has very unique room features. Two outdoor pools/ tubs with upstairs one on roof warmer than one on main level. Both were nice and used at different times. Excellent view of caldera. Breakfast was delivered daily to our kitchen and was really good. We used the outdoor seating area to eat many meals. Really nice. Not as private as you would hope with upstairs outdoor pool area. Two villa’s were about a half level below ours with one with an outdoor hot tub. They could see us and we could see them. When we took pictures of sunset we had to arrange photos so they were out of the picture.
