The bathroom was old need to update

It was a great place for a weekend trip

Clean rooms , good service and breakfast is okay .

We didn’t use amenities. The bed was very stiff. Not a comfortable night sleep.

We were pleased with our stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was your typical with numerous choices.

Breakfast Was Sufficient. Oatmeal was Well prepared...Coffee was Hot...Brought my own non dairy milk and yogurt... Worker was ready available to answer questions, watch for Spills & Replenish Food. Non Dairy options unavailable.

Exceptional

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The front office staff in the afternoon he was so rude or maybe overwhelmed be it made my stay very uncomfortable. I asked him for extra towels due to using what we had in the room for the pool, he then replied no he no had no more.And when we first arrived we ask him where can we get the luggage cart, he then said it's back there but I'm not going to get it omg that was my first impression of him and sadly the hold time his face disposition remained the same. The hall way and room smelled like dog and smoke. Although it's a smoke free hotel. It was clearly a disappointment we left very early that morning we couldn't wait to leave, I will not return. They need new staff and a better cleaning crew. And limit how many room you can accommodate for the dogs.

Me, husband and fur baby travel quite often. We always try to stay at Hampton Inn. This was the WORST Hanpton Inn we have EVER stayed at. The grounds were very unkept and the rooms were definitely not up to standards. The tub looked 100+ years old, dust balls in every corner of the room, carpet looked filthy and the linen was sooo flimsy. On top of all this, the wifi was down the entire time we were there. NEVER AGAIN!!

Second stay here and second time our room wasn’t ready when we arrived for check in. Was finally given a room but there was no body wash or shampoo (glad I always bring my own). There was a big bloody looking handprint on the wall next to an adjoining room door. Definitely not something you want to find! Elevators are extremely slow and the halls smell musty and zero air conditioning in the halls.
