The staff was nice and very helpful but the room could’ve been cleaner. We did see roaches in the room. I wish they cleaned the rooms a lot more frequently than every seven days especially when you have a kitchenette. It should be a lot more frequent at least trash pick up there is no bathroom counter top, which was weird but parking is nice. I don’t think I would go back, but it was just OK.

Yes. Quite clean room and good kitchen. Free laundry room. 24hr. But too old TV and bathtub water drain is no good.

Staff is fantastic

The staff is very friendly and inviting! Complimentary washer & dryers were so convenient. Plenty of parking. Room was cleaned. Building smells nice. Great for the price!

Staff was very professional and kind.

The kitchen area was good. The hallway needs to be updated. The laundry service was free and nice to wash clothes. We did find two roaches one large and alive in our room. It was okay for a reasonable stay I guess.

The elevator not working but being placed on the third floor was a nightmare the hallways smelled of smoke and mold and it was unbearably hot. Room was decent and clean but I probably wouldn’t stay again

My only negative really is that the elevator is not working. If you are on the second or third floors you will need to use the emergency/fire escape stairs at the end of the hallway. This is also where smokers go to smoke outside. My view was comical, but I wasn't there for the view and this side was truly nice and quiet. I appreciate the quietness since I'm attending a class for 15 days.

The hotel was in a convenient location and appreciated you could wash your clothes for free, and free parking The hotel needs to be renovated; carpets need to be cleaned, vents are dirty, rusted mirrors, the room upon entering had a stale/musty smell.

CONS: Elevators did not work and I was on the second floor… Going up the stairs smelled so bad and it was hot and humid the second night I got sick to my stomach from smelling it!! The worst part was the people who were above me! They were so loud and it sounded like they were playing basketball at freaking midnight! Safe to say I won’t ever stay there again!!

The location was great. If you are also looking for an apartment nearby there are a ton of options. The gym could have been a bit better and their carpet definitely needs to be replaced.
